I install Molski.Biz_AKU3.3 on G4 and now when i put handsfree in the jack, music continue to play in speakers and handfree. When i talk with someone tough handsfree speakers on too.
Please someone help if it is something in regisrty or settings!
Thanks!
I've read of similar problems with custom roms in the past (i don't remember the responses though). have you read the molski thread for this rom? you should also post any issues in that thread, and you could try molski's own forum
Ye, I've seen same problem when I use search, but noone give some idea Forum in molski.biz didn't work. Well, thomorrow if there is no good idea for the problem, I will change rom, against the rom is very good!

Hi Everybody,
First of all I would like to extend my ultimate gratefulness to all the people who are maintaining this wonderful forum. I had solved many a problems of my O2 Mini from many of the threads in the forum. I had registered to this forum some time back but till date never had put up a post as I am not a developer (just consider myself as an advance user) to contribute anything worthwhile and everything I need to know is always somewhere here. Anyway thanks a lot again to all you guys.
Now I have a problem which I haven't been able to find the solution for. I have a O2 XDA Mini (HTC Magician as per this forum), upgraded with big storage O2 ROM 1.12 / 1.12 from this forum, 512 MB SD and loaded with a variety of softwares as per my requirements from time to time. I had been using the phone perfectly for some time after the ROM upgrade but the problem right now is that I am not able to hear any sound during incoming / outgoing calls. The SMS works well. At other times, the sound works normally for all other uses. I had also installed the BT s/w for both bluesoleil as well as widcomm found here.
I would be very grateful to anybody can give me the solution to the problem and any links where the solutions to the problems are given. Thanx a lot again.
Regards,
Gyan
If the problem happened after installing other BT drivers, then try uninstalling them.
Hi Zerimar,
Thanx for the suggestion but it still doesn't work. I have even done a hard reset. Do I need to change the ROM.
Regards,
Gyan
You mentioned everything worked fine for a while after the ROM upgrade, before you started having the problem ... so I don't think it's the ROM upgrade. Was there a particular app you install prior to the problem that could've caused it? It's very rare the phone will lose incoming/ outgoing sound. It almost sounds like a H/W problem more than a S/W problem.
I recall one instance and that's with respect to the A2DP hack. It happened to a few users including myself.
I forgot to mention that the sound is working fine with earphones.

Defn sounds like a hardware problem them. Have you ever dropped the phone?

Now THAT would be useful! (really useful reply)
This was always possible with HTC devices, I used to do it on my old Wizard. Hermes and Trinity (don't know about others) can't due to the implementation of Microsoft's bluetooth Stack on the newer devices. From what I read HTC's implementation is not completely to Microsoft Specifications.
Haven't tried any of the new roms yet since I don't have time to reinstall all my apps and haven't seen if anyone confirmed if any of the new rooms fix the issue since everyone is too busy playing with the GPS but it would be nice if someone could confirm.
The easiest way is to install Microsoft Voice Command 1.6 and see if it routes audio through the BT audiogateway. Another way is to use BTToggle/On/Off utility to see if it works with the new roms.
Anyone found it?
If anyone has the solution, I would like to know!
John
Dear all interested in this topic
I've tried BTAudio with no luck (i hear a hiss over the handsfree for about 2 seconds then it stops). There is some useful info in these two links but I really dont have time to investigate further atm. So if anyone else fancies having a look, do let us know if you get anywhere,

I had this happen once or twice with my old prophet (but simple on/off fixed any problems). Most of the time everything worked OK (and I used it loads). Have you tried it lots of times - are you certain that it will not work?
I'll answer my own question. I've just tried mine (latest dopod rom, tomtom, HS850 headset) just get a light hiss but no sound - verytime). Sorry!
Surely someone know a solution!
Another forum was suggesting that "You will need to install Windows .net compact framework v2.0 from Microsoft first though"
Also someone else suggested:
http://www.teksoftco.com/index.php?section=bluemusic
I am using Dopod D810 with the HTC GPS ROM and I am able to listen to music, calls and all audio via my GG Telecom Bluetooth using BTAudio and instruction as per this thread.

Hope this helps.

I followed the registry hack in this thread.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=300838
Finally, it works on my Trinity. No need to install any third party programs.
I posted this is another forum, but I feel like its more appropriate here.
It was brought to my attention that some of the new WM6 cooked roms seem to have some updated a2dp drivers that finally fix the quality issue that causes static and hissing with certain headsets (in my case, an i.tech R35).
Many who had switched to the Widcomm stack for better quality now say that they no longer need it. However, I can't seem to figure out how this was fixed...
I'd like to try and apply it to other devices that don't have these cooked roms available, but suffer from poor A2DP sound quality, such as the Tornado.
I'm wondering, does anyone here know anything about this? I'm trying to figure out if there are new a2dp drivers, or maybe someone developed their own fixed codec and applied it? Or perhaps someone has just found the perfect balance of registry settings?
If you know anything about this, please share! Any help would be appreciated, thanks...
Hi
I bought a Vario II recently.
And when placing calls, people at the other end say my voice is a lot quieter than with my previous phone. Is there anyway to boost the mic volume on the Hermes?
I've tried the approach highlighted in this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=256734&highlight=mic+volume+boost), but the group of registry keys seems to be missing on my handset?
Has anyone encounted this problem or got any suggestions?
I'm running WM5 ROM 1.21.110.3 and Radio 1.48.00.00 if thats relevant.
Thanks in Advance.
It works for me..
I have a cingular 8525, and I had the same issue previously. Saw this posted for the wizard, but wasnt sure if it'd work on my hermes.. decided to give it a try, and fortunately, ever since I tweaked my registry to add those settings, the mic sensitivity (as reported by the people I talk to) is significantly better. I don't have anyone asking me to call from a landline anymore..
Btw, those settings weren't found on my hermes as well, I just added the keys myself.
Thanks anandh,
Tried that and it didn't seem to work for me, so I've tried upgrade to WM6 and I'm going to see if I have any luck with that.
Greetings.
This is my first post to this forum section. I'm more of a Windows/web developer who's just beginning to get his feet wet with WM development - I've written a process manager and a "kill task" command line tool so far.
I own a 8125 (Wizard), and I've had a blast customizing it. I'm currently running the latest release of TNT's WM6 ROM and quite content. However, I do have one issue that I have not been able to resolve.
When using a Bluetooth headset, most audio is redirected to the headset as expected. However, when I invoke a call via VoiceCommand, the dialer still outputs the dial tones to the internal speaker. This can be annoying when in a crowd.
Has anyone come across this issue? Does anyone have a solution? I've considered trying one of the dialers posted under the HTC thread, but I thought it might be wise to consult with experienced devs.
Thanks much,
W James
P.S. I originally posted this question under the Wizard WM6 section. Unfortunately, no one was able to offer a solution. Sorry about the cross posting. Hopefully someone can provide some suggestions here.
