i have jus bought a motorla ht820 and people say its compatible as handsfree and wireless headphones, bu this is not the case i can only get 3secs of audio before it cuts off. Right now is jus a glorified bluetooth headset what patches r availble for this problem.

i recently bought my self a new motorola h500 bluetooth headset, the problem is when i connect to my kjam the voice sounds cracking and is not pleasent, though all features work and i dont think there is any problem with the headset, as it works just fine with my p910i, se k750i and my sharp gx 15
. so i was wondering is the sound transmission quality of kjam bad or is there something worng with my kjam or the headset,
please reply as both of them are still under 14days return policy so i can change if any one of them is not right

I do not have the same headset (jabra bt 190 I believe), but I find the sound of the headset very distorted. So maybe it is a rom problem? It could also mean that the devices are just not compatible, I did not have this problem on the Qtek s110, there it sounded great.
Make sure nothing is running
I find that my bluetooth headset crackles when I have a lot of programs running in memory. Go to Settings->Device->Memory and select running programs and close all and see if you get the same result with your headset.

last week I got my MDA Vario II. Just before that I bought a Nokia BH-900 Bluetooth Headset.
After I paired the device the BT headset worked just fined making regular phonecalls. But, when I try to use the headset in Skype, it does not work.
After checking the forums here I looked at what profiles there we're available for the headset. Only handsfree. But both phone and headset should support the headset profile.
Could this be the T-Mobile ROM or am I doing something wrong here.

I have i-mate K-jam and recently I bought sony ericson Stereo bluetooth headset Stereo HBH-DS970.
I installed the a2dp hack but still the K-jam does not recognise the headset.
if u know how to solve this problem please explain like u have to explain to someone that does not have any experience in all this buisness.
Is there any other a2dp hacks?

i have a molski 2.26 final version rom and it detects the hbh ds970 n works as wireless stereo well but just tht if there is an incomin call, the sound doesnt reroute back to the headset after endin the call...also, restartin the bluetooth chip or the ds970 doesnt work..but the phone has to be soft reset everytime

well, just read the manual for your headset, if it says "stereo" and "A2DP" then yes, it will work. otherwise, no.
That is not correct. Pharaosam asked for a "Headset" not for "Stereo HeadPHONES".
Of course you can use a bluetooth headset with the Magician.
Sony Ericsson will work, had one of those, but switched to a Logitech headset which I find more comfortable.

I'm really fed up with the headsets that came with my prophet. I want to buy a new headset, I don't want any bluetooth headsets. Just a cheap, comfortable headset to answer some calls and listen to some mp3.
What headset should I buy? I once read somewhere, I think it was over here.. that there were some Sony Ericsson headsets that worked with the Prophet. For exemple the Sony Ericsson HPM-70 (or something like this...).
Can any one confirm that or advise a good headset?
I'm satisfied with plantronics pulsar 200 bluetooth headset. Would recommend.

i don't think that there are any commercial cabled headset other that that given with u'r htc, anyhow u can simply cut yours and sold it with a jack enterance leaving a mic near the end... thats what i did once i got my bluetooth headset
if u don't have a spare one and don't know how to sold etc. etc. don't even try it
by the way, don't buy motorola's bt headset, i already brake it and had to repair that one 2...
