Oooo i didn`t know that thought it was something more technical. i googled it as well and still couldn`t work out the difference!
Which one should i download?
Your choice really - Thought the CSVD version of Duttys ROM is more popular... by 3 fold
You can see on YouTube how the two work.
Microsoft Voice Command
Cyberon Voice Commander (Polish but you'll get the idea)
Please watch where you post new threads. This does not belong in the ROM Development section

voice commanders

Hello XDA members!!
That is my first topic here, so at the beginning I would like to say hello. So.. hello everybody !! ;D
While reading this forum I've learned rly much about my xperia. Recently I've found thread about program for voice commands and thought that it may be rly cool stuff!! And now the problem starts :/
I've installed Microsoft Voice Commander but, as I am from Poland, I am having rly big difficulties to communicate correctly with the program. And it does not say name of the caller - known bug.
So I've took Voice2Go, but it is quite.. heavy? and for example when outside or in the toilet it can not recognize commands :/ and when xperia is on vibrate it does not work at all.. and when it says name of the caller - he does it rly quiet - can it be as loud as ringer?
can anybody advice me some other programs that I've could test? or Improve those two above?
any suggestions would be very appreciate
thx!!
Cyberon Voice Commander - perfect recognition.

[Q] Are there any NAND builds where BT voice dialing works?

Now, I loved voice command in winmo, I used it all the time driving and after doing some reading, i find that android build 2.2 (froyo) and up have a bluetooth voice dialing feature similar to msvc, but i have yet to find a rom that has this.. from what ive read, you either hold down the call button or the headset button to launch it, just like with msvc..
So, if someone could maybe throw me a clue as to which rom i might try to take advantage of this feature, so i wont have to flash every one to find it, i would be very grateful, thanks you.
just want to say thanks to everyone who has posted a comment, so helpful. from the amount of replies its like nobody uses android..
I would have answered if i knew anything, maybe try the Q&A forum, hopefully someone will help you there

[Q][REQ] regarding voice command app

Hi, I've been a loyal windows mobile user for the last 5 years. Iam just wondering is there an app for voice command in android that similar to voice2go in Windows Mobile.
Voice2go is a neat app. It uses your own cuztomize voice for calling up apps or contacts. It is best for me since english is not my language. You just need to record a word and tag it to your desired apps or contacs.
To activate android voice command you need to say "HI GALAXY" while in voice2go you can create cuztom voice like "dude".
I hope I could find the answer here and if there isn't one I just hope that some developers read my post and create one.
I'm not great with credit card so I'm looking for free voice app.

Hello,
Here's how to set your own wake up word :
Voice Talk > Press the top left question mark > Wake up Voice talk > Change now.

You're not too great with posting in the correct section either!
Try reposting in General or Themes and Apps as they are better suited to your query and you may get a better response.

Dave
