The ROM cam be find in the ftp.
go to the Wiki (look at the top of this page) and from there look for Artemis which is another name for HTC, known as well as Orbit, XDA Compact III etc....

But unfortunately for some new people getting into this new world of WMobile even what it looks simple to you might be slightly blurred to us.
I bought in France a HTC P3300

GSM 02.67.90

ROM 1.12.406.1.FRE
RADIO 02.67.90
PROTOCOL 4.1.13.28

ARTE 100
Of course the WM came in French. Well I am willing to change it to WWEnglish and I've been doing my homework researching and reading, reading, reading through this website. Found the steps to do it thanks to Kleinemeus at this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=290241 and found the DOPODAU and LOVE ROMS as well the Extended Rom in the ftp site. As well as I found my P3300 is the same as MDA compact III, XDA Orbit, P800W, Dopod P800 ....
But I still a couple of silly doubts that I gonna ask for you MASTERS your mercy to clarify me with your wisdoom and expertise beforeI flash it.
1) After flashing my P3300 with a English ROM will it have all same basic features/programs I have in French like, the radio, tomtom gps, etc ? In other words, doing this is like getting a desktop that came with windows in french and installing a windows in english ?
2) After being successful of flashing the Rom following the steps described in the link above by Kleinmeus how can I upgrade the Extended Rom found at the ftp ?
I really appreciate if someone could help me with these 2 questions.

DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID, do NOT flash your device to WM6 before you have read whatever you can about flashing your device (check out the WIKI), I suggest you'd better wait for the official ROM from HTC...
Just seen a post on Mobility which link to htc where they are offering WM6 upgrade at htc web site as stated below in Mobility.:
If you own a TyTN, you have great news … there is an upgrade for your device at the HTC site. If you have not already setup your eClub account there, you will need to do so to get the upgrade (BTW, it is a fast, easy process that provides you with a slew of benefits … so do it if you have not already).
Of course you need to remember that a ROM upgrade will erase ALL information so if you need something make sure you back up that data!!
You can get your TyTN WM6 upgrade here at the HTC website

One point it is for htc badged only. I have a v1605 variant so it does not show it for me yet and Vodafone do not know when they will release. I even told Vf that O2 had just announced their variant on the same Mobility site for their version of the Hermes.........

Hi,
I just tried to download the 6.1 upgrade ROM but it doesn't seem to be available. If I try the direct link to the HTC download site I get the generic HTC upgrade page which doesn't include an option to upgrade the Orbit. If I go to the O2 page I get directed to HTC page, and if I select the Rapid share link I get an error (file not found).
Anyone got any advice on how to upgrade the Orbit 2 to WM 6.1 (official O2 release)(or shouldn't I bother)?

If you have the time to do some reading then install Hard-SPL and flash one of the 3LIT3 roms, as they are some of the best out at the moment.
For some help have a read of this to get you started.
Also i was running the O2 rom for quite a while, definately better than the 6.0 rom but 3LIT3 better still!
EDIT: Found this direct link but on download it is directing you to the HTC site, not the actual rom. Very strange, if you want it ask o2 what they up to.

I have a brand new XDA orbit 2, which is offered with a warranty by the supplier.
I put the O2 official WM6.1 upgrade on it (RUU_Polaris_O2_UK_3.13.206.0_radio_sign_25.85.30.07_1.59.42.15_Ship.exe) which flashed fine.
I intend to try one or more of the many great sounding WM 6.5 rom images, however, I have a few questions, mainly related to SPL/HardSPL, which although I have done a bit of searching for, have not found definitive answers for ...
Are there any differences between POLA100 and POLA200 devices (will HardSPL work fine on my XDA Orbit 2 / POLA200).
How can I restore the original SPL on the device?
Can I extract the original SPL from a) the device, b) the ROM image, c) source elsewhere?
With HardSPL installed can I reinstall the official upgrade rom with HardSPL still in place (in case of stability problems, with rom images).
Also - anything else I should be thinking about before flashing this device (note I am going deactivate copilot before flashing)?
Apologies if I missed the answers in other posts!
