So, where are you then? The X01ht is just one of the models, if you tell us where you are, the guys here can tell you what your carrier branded it.
Unless you specifically want a X01ht...maybe you can try auctions.yahoo.co.jp.
I'm located in seattle, US.... any idea??... i search about HTC, but thyn only supply to Cingular only, no idea where to get... thanks!

How do you find out where your XDA II was made?, Asia, Uk, Ireland, etc? Because in order to get updates I need to know, I myself am in the US and bought one from someone outside of the U.S.
I dont think thats refering to where it was made, more where you are using it/whick operator you are on/which language rom you have.
Does anyone know for certain if the M600/Prophet will work in Japan?
Looking at the Orange international useage it says the M600 won't workbecause you need a quad band phone...I thought the M600 was quad band so why won't it work?
Does anyone also know if you can buy a pay as you go SIM for use while in Japan?
As far as I know Japan use a totally different protocol for their mobile phone. Most of the phone will not work (tri and quad). Unless, I think there are some company there supports GSM phone which works on 'normal' GSM phone, but I think these GSM phone companies are not that popular in Japan.
You need to check the telco company on this matter.. or post at a forum where people may have been to japan ... OH.. here is a good forum (I'm so lame)
Anyway, try asking Asukal on this matter.
Hi
I'm off to the US in a month. I've got an unlocked UK M1000 ROM 1.66.00WWE Radio 1.10.00. I've ordered a couple of T-mobile prepaid sims from the US so that my family and I can keep in touch over there without being stung by rediculous roaming charges. I gather the M1000 will work with my own sim over there but will it work if I put the US sim in it? or do I need to start changing the ROM of the phone?
(I've also got an MDA Vario early model(UK) and a couple of Siemens CL75 poppy phones which are also unlocked and should work over there with UK sims)
If there's no joy with my existing phones I'll just get a couple of cheap prepay phones when I'm over there but I'd prefer not to if I don't need to.
Many thanks
Regards
Twojags
it will work unless the network is cdma or 850MhzGsm
Many thanks Rudegar.
Kind regards

Hi
I'm looking for a 32gb version of the S4 and can see Verizon and AT&T have one. I've been searching for a few days now and can't seem to find any definitive answer to my question. Will either of these carrier's phone work in the UK on T-Mobile, along with the 4G technology? I'm due to arrive in the US in August so would love to get my hands on one then! Alternatively, maybe there is an offline version unlocked to all networks, including the UK T-Mobile one.
I hope someone can help or point me to a link that will help.
Thanks
Shy

Hallo everyone
Maybe someone knows ...
I will probably fly to the USA in a month and think to buy this phone there. Does anyone know if the version of Tmobile USA will work in the European Tmobile? I live in Poland but it does not matter I think.
Can anyone in this forum check what country code is in their version of SM-G892U?
What should I do in the US to get the phone ready for use in europe? Buy some prepaid and start? activate??? I do not know..??
Thanks for any help
Even if they are both called T-Mobile (same company), they are different (two different networks).
However, there is one thing you need, while in the US. You need to remove the region lock (especially if your phone has the "American Model" written on the box).
The remove it, just place a 5 min call with an American (T-Mobile) SIM card.
