I mean, how to enable the full functionality of the BlueTooth?
I can receive files, connect to a BT handsfree an send ONLY vCards, but I can send ringtones, mp3 or pictures...
Is there any patch to enable the full funcionality?
I just transfered an mp3 fom my M3100 to my Samsung SHG-D600 without any problems

I have a Vodafone V1605 (VPA Compact III) and there is no option to do this transfer...
turn bluetooth on, click the file (in the file explorer), select beam file and voila, it will search bluetooth devices!

hi, finally there is software to enable the audio out from ms stack to bluetooth headset. but i tried on xdaii wm5 still cannot. can anybody especially buzz fix this? Get the software from below link.
http://www.beyondthetech.com/blogs/kjam/
audio out to headset
BTAudio Utilities
These utilities will allow you to turn on/off the redirection of all system audio audio to your Bluetooth Headset.
This requires NO other hacks or modifications to your i730.
The attached ZIP file contains 3 files:
BTAudioOn.exe
BTAudioOff.exe
BTAudioToggle.exe
DONATIONS
If you find these programs useful and would like to send me money, you can donate via PayPal here.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Unzip and place these files on your i730.
- To redirect all sound to your BT headset, run BTAudioOn.exe
- To stop redirecting sound, run BTAudioOff.exe.
- To toggle the redirection on and off, run BTAudioToggle.exe.
- The effects are immediate and the program will not display anything unless there is an error.
NOTES:
BTAudioToggle.exe does not authoritatively know what the current state of audio redirection is, it simply turns the redirection on or off, alternating each time it is run. It uses a temp file, \BTAudio.tmp, to track whether it should next turn on or off. Thanks to johntchow for the icon.
The /v command-line argument will display a sucess message. Failure messages are always shown. Also, if you know how to set up a shortcut, you technically don't need both .exe's. You can run BTAudioOn.exe with the /off argument and it will do the same thing as BTAudioOff. But since each file is less than 4k, which I think is the block size for the RAM file system, it would not actually save any space so what's the point.
This was made possible mostly due to the information at http://blogs.msdn.com/cenet/archive.../12/451012.aspx
Note; Buzz or any expert out there. Please make this utility work with xdaii wm2005c. Please.....Buzz?

Hey, guys. Found out this great featured hack and still haven't been able to toggle ALL audio out of bluetooth headset on my i-mate jam. Doesn't work! I can only redirect audio from GSM source to headset and back, but can't redirect music from audio players.... seems to be the problem of JAM bt stack...
Who has the same problem please respond

Hey,
I've tryed the BTAudiotoggle.exe on my Xda Exec what happens is this:
It launches the voice command if I tap the screen the sound goes through the bluetooth headset but the it return back to the PDA.
Is the anyway that I can get the Audio going through the headset for as long that I need it then when I do not need it I can switch it manually back to the PDA.
Please can someone help me because I would like to try the Tom Tom Navigator 5 and see if I can get the sound through the bluetooth car kit which is a Parrot 3300.
Thank you.

I've managed to do it by using the information that can be found at http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=33756. If you set the registry value then the files work a treat (but are a bit redundant because you can switch the audio to/from headset using the button on it).
Cheers,
Steve.
have you guys tried VJVolubilis? It should work in the same manner.

Hi Guys!
Uuupppsss ....
unfortunately the download of the ZIP file is still not working. could anyone of the honourable sirs share it with me?
Thanks in advance.
Can anyone help? I have a good BT connection to the car, and I can see the HANDSFREE BT profile from my QTEK9000 (WM5) using the o2 mini new bluetooth stack (AKA bluetooth stock) I downloaded from your forum.
The Prius instructions say to
1. Touch "Transfer data" to display "Select group" screen.
2. Select the group to transfer data to.
3. Touch "Overwrite" or "Add to".
4. Transfer the phonebook data to the system using the Bluetooth phone.
Screen in car shows "Under transfer".
Instructions do NOT say what file to send. I have tried BT beaming "pim.vol" to the HANDSFREE profile, but after about 5 minutes, the car says "Data transfer failed", although the phone says the file was sent.
Any ideas please?
Mate I don't think you will be able to do so, I couldn't transfer anything from my blue angel to my T-Spirit. I had to use my wife's Nokia to tranfer my phone book. Good luck.

Hi all !
Anybody were able to transfer files via BT between PC and TyTn ?
I cannot....
Help, please.
i'm no problem to do that....
try to check the beam option ON and make sure that BT in ON and visible...
try with this...
cheers
Bubu
BT doesnt neet to be visible except you didnt pair the device once. So after paring the device you can make the TyTN hidden and you are able to send files trough OBEX. Worked well since i am transfer some files

My laptop and Hermes are both paired and can do ActiveSynch via BT. But when i try from PC explorer "Send To -> Bluetooth" it does not work.
It says "File transfer service is not found on the device.". After i turned on "Receave all beams" it did work fine. I thought that this is for infrared only.
Am i correct here ?
you need to have this activated, otherwise you arent able to receive bt obex files. Its both BT and IR.
Hi all !
Is it possible to send all sounds to the BT headset ? Not to the stereo BT headset, but to the normal one. It was easily possible with my old Universal.
Can anybody help ?
Thanx in advance,
Best regards.
BT Audio
I use a small program on my 8125 that sends ALL sounds to my h700. I can watch movies and listen to my mp3s wtihout having to plug in a corded ear piece.
Please see attched. It claims to work on most BT situations. Just unzip and copy the cab to your device. Run the cab from a file manager in your device and woila. It should appear in your programs.

Thank you. I've installed the program, it switches on the headset (i can hear a double "beep") but all sounds are still going through the Hermes internal speakers.... Strange...
Sorry it did not work.
I had the same problem too at first because I forgot to turn on my BT headset first.
Here is the information on the software I have been talking about.
Maybe you can get in touch with the author.
I wish you luck in finding a solution.

Want to listen to your music stored on your Pocket PC, but don't want to carry around a corded headset? If you've got a BlueTooth headset, then you're in luck!
With this program, just start it up, and all of the sounds from your system will be rerouted from the internal speaker to your BlueTooth headset!
Go here to download the version which does not require the 2.0 Compact Framework. ftp://www.trianglepowers.com/btaudiocf1.cab
I wanted the exact same thing , all sound to my mono-bluetooth...since I just found bits and pieces everywhere, I decided to do my own cab file with all the settings that was required
read about it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=278778
hopefully it will work for you too

Did you give a try to BTAudio (see above)??
I have a Dopod838 Pro - and I am trying to get all sounds to my BT headset.
When I have skype open and I press the "connect" button on my BT headset, VoiceCommander opens and all the sounds are sent to my BT headset; but only for 1 minute (until VoiceCommander shutsdown because he didn't recognize anything).
I have tried btaudio.cab provided in this thread, but it doesn't work. I have tried VJvobullis and many other apps that didn't work.
HELP!
Awesome, this fixed it (as posted above by Cybertron (thanks so much): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=278778
Find more details here:

My understanding is that BlueMusic from Teksoft routes all sounds to Bluetooth headsets. They specifically mention Skype as a compatible app. It's not free, but there is a free trial. www.teksoftco.com

I've got an Orange M3100 (also called HTC Hermes I think) and trying to use it with a BlueTrek G2 (a couple of yesrs old) to listen to music but also primarily for Skype.
I have tried all options on this link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=281977
but none work. I get static in the headset when I use any of the applications mentioned on the above page but no sound is transferred from Skype (or Windows Media player).
Can anyone help

yes I did and it didn't work with Skype to direct the sound through the headset. I still came through the speakerphone even if other system sounds went through the headset

I tried this application on my 8525 and it did work, it took a long time to load though. One thing they do not mention is that it disables the voice dial on the BT headset. That doesn't work for me so I uninstalled it. That took even longer, about an hour of processing before it was done uninstalling itself.
There is a .cab file available elsewhere in this forum that does the same thing and someone came up with a way to toggle that on and off, sounds like a better solution than what this does.

Thanks a lot for this, I just put it on my WM6.5 TP2 and it works like a champ.
my mda vario 2 is unable to send files through bluetooth
- to another phone
- to a computer
my phone can not find these 2 devices. Though i am able to receive files wich are send to my mda vario 2 by bluetooth.
need a hand pls
Have you tried using Total Commander? I had that problem with my 8125 before i switched and using total commander solved the problem.
In connections - set beam to receive all beams. this should solve the incoming problem.
when you have bluetooth turned on and beam an item the second line shows it beaming to other bluetooth devices. MS call beam instead of send file for bluetooth as well as IR
Hope this helps
