I'm trying to pull off this mod, and I'm running into a problem with this device. I can't get my PC (QPST or QXDM) to recognize my phone as a diagnostic port. I've found that to do this , I must select "enable cp logging" option on the recovery menu. Well, it seems the verizon s5 has no such option. I know it's possible on this device, but I'm not sure how to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hi guys! Has anyone been able to connect Nova Plus (MLA-L03) with Qualcomm's QPST?
I have tried everything, including going to Project Menu and enabling Manufacture Mode but I have been unable to get HS-USB driver to show up in device manager. I think its either because incorrect drivers or the port is not enabled on the phone.. Anyone has any experience with with this?
I'm doing this to fix IMEI on my phone. Perhaps there is another way? This phone has been my "lab rat" so I can share what doest work
greetings, do you have the msm_8953_hua.mbn file for to make an firmware flashable via qfil, and i have the testpoint for to enable the edl mode 9008
It looks like DisplayPort Alt Mode is supported by the hardware and needs to be enabled in the kernel.
Anyone know if there are there any kernels out there with this enabled that we can flash?
Willing to try and do it myself I wanted to see if anybody had tried before?
