Hello Everybody,
Excuse me for bugging you, I have a problem.
I got a t-mobile MDA Vario (qtek 9100 or ….) with German language Windows mobile 5. ROM-Version 2.21.2.8 GER, ROM-Datum 03/09/06….
I read http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=256912
And did everything as described, but I got a message “This NBF file is impossible to use for your PDA phone……”
Is there any possibility just change a menu language and add some languages to work with email and MS word?
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Stardruid
MDA Vario
Unlock your Device with lokiwiz and than flash a Rom with a language you like ; )

Hi...
I recently bought the Qtek 9100 from expansys. It's an English rom.
I managed to arabize it, it can write and show arabic charecters correctly now.
the problem is when I browse internet pages in Arabic..... it shows dots instead of the arabic charecters, I tried to change the settings to windows-1256 which is the arabic encoding but I coudn't find it in the list, I suppose I can add it somehow from the registry but can't find the correct registry path to do so ....
more over ...... is there an english version of the Qtek support website?? where can we download rom updates for Qtek? can someone please give me an email address for the support?
I know I have many questions, but I really am sorry for buying a Qtek machine ..... it seems that if you want to be well supported you have to buy an I-mate !!!
to sum up things:
- is there an arabic rom for Qtek?
- How can I add "windows-1256" to internet explorer encoding settings?
- Is there a Qtek support website in English?
- How can I get Rom updates for Qtek 9100?
EDIT:
I just realised that there is no support text on the EUROPE one, sorry!

Hello everyone!
I've got a friend who has a HTC TyTN with Windows Mobile 5 ENG
He'd rather like to have it in Dutch (NLD), as he doesn't fully understand english
I've read this forum and seen some links for Dutch ROM's but I'm unsure whether this is Windows Mobile in Dutch or something else
Can someone help me out?

Hello
I have Qtek 9090 (spv m2000), I installed (settled) wm5 English version, but I found that it is not practical... Before returning in wm3 French version, I want to verify before if there is one wm5 in French or if there is a means to change the language.
Thank you in advance
For sure somebody did french localization, but I would not recommend using it. The best you can do is to keep english OS but add french keyboard support (if your device is french) - AFAIR it's just small registry modification to choose keyboard layout.
think you man...
Hi, folks. I've been offered a Qtek S200 with Windows Mobile 6.2 . The problem is that the system language is in Danish and I don´t speak it at all. Is there any way to change the language to another european language, for instance Portuguese? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks...
You would have to flash a ROM with a different language.
