Hi again,
Right I get you now!! I dont know if you can change a single key but I know there is a way to chonge the Whole keyboard with the registry or possibly a WWE rom. The trouble is that then your keyboard is nearly all wrong on the buttons then, not what you want im sure! Have a search, you could be suprised.

Hello,
Now ive had a word with a friend of all things pocket pc and he thinks the only way to do it without a great deal of trouble is just to swap to a WWE rom, but he is not ruling of a reg hack to do it.
Jay
OK then I think I stay with "proc" instead of a %.
Thanks for your help.

Hi there,
is ther already something available to get a vibrate feedback from the hardware keyboard.
I would find it very usefull. Found such a function within FingerKeyb 2.1 but there it is only for the display keyboard.
Maybe its also possible for the hardware keyboard?
Cheers,
Micha
wow thats actually a good idea im in for that too
Yes! maybe somebody help as for this

I remember there was this WM6 tweak app [AdvancedConfigurationTool] which you could modify a lot of options and one of them was to turn on/off the keyboard backlight on slide out.
It's roaming somewhere on these forums. Don't ask me to search for it for you.
Is there a way to stop the keyboard from popping up if there is an input field?
I've seen an HTC config which supports such a feature but is does not work on my qtek 2020 WM6.5. The tool runs, but the config can obviously not be applied.
thx a lot

Try this registry edit:
HKCU/controlpanel/sip/turnoffautodeploy Set this to 1
Well works. Somehow. Not for all programs but for some. Maybe some programs toggle the keyboard by themself?
Anyway thank your very much for your help.
