I came across this FREE application development kit for palm and PPC earlier.

I've had a search around this site but couldn't find any info anywhere. I wanted it to develop app's for the mda pro but it seems from their forum that people are having problems with installation.
Has any one here tried it or could you reccomend a free alternative.

I'm searching my ass of for free games for my MDA compact.
The problem is a lot of games won't do it with Windows Mobile 2003.
Also free software is hard to find.
Sugestions anyone ?

In the same way that the Treo 700w has a web search box on the today screen, I can't find a similar utility for WM5 smartphones (not PocketPC).
I have a Blackjack on order and will miss having this utility:-

I think Windows Mobile 5 is backwards-compatible with PPC software. However, I'll look into writing a WM5-specific search tool. Thanks for the idea
Hi, i've been lurking around the forums for a while, and i managed to unlock and update my wizard to Blackdiamond 3.1 thanks to the wonderful tutorials (evilmonkey rules).
However, i've been trying to find a source for programs that are compatable with the wizard (be it wm5 or wm6) and i can only really find crappy sites that charge money for free programs.
i don't want anything illegal , but i'd just like a source of where to find programs that will work on the wizard that are free, like Java support, a Sudouku game, games, misc apps...etc
searching around the forums, i've found a few programs such as Mplayer (that doesn't work quite well on the wizard) and pocketnester (freaking Awesome) but does anyone have a more concise source of what works for SURE on the wizard? ( there are some programs that aren't included on certain distros, even though i would love to have them)

Was searching the internet to find a new method of logging on to my home computer. Came across a face recognition login for Windows ONLY called FaceCode. The product it self works fine on my XP OS, wanted to know if the same product could be made for Windows Mobile based PDA's. I'm not much of a computer wiz myself and just thought i would ask the xda development community of what they thought and if it was possible?
FACECODE IS NOT A FREEWARE APP, SO PLEASE DONT ASK HOW TO GET IF FOR FREE. THIS THREAD IS PRIMARILY FOR INFORMATION ON FUTURE BUILDS

a few months ago, when i was a regular user of this forum, i saw lots of threads about trinity software and applications, now i cant find them.
anyone knows were to find them?
trinity don't use special software apart from the rom it's std windows moible software which works on all devices
if you seek a special program you can try using search to find it if you recall it's name
