Hi all
sold my Qtek but I need to restore it to factory settings including boot screen which I customised ages ago and now can't remember how :S
Anyone know where I can get the O2 boot images from (or generic Qtek boot images) and how I do it?
Cheers

Bootscreen was bulding in CE ROM , no way to change now , I think Buzz can do that , just wait for him , he just make Extended rom unlocker, maybe a fews days we can see that
I have removed or changed the start-up logo from the Extended ROM before, I didn't know it is impossible. If that be the case, I am sure Buzz would be able to fix that. He da man!
use your file explorer and go into my devies/windows/startup/and delete the o2 connections that is in there. that will remove the o2 logo but you will have to keep doing this everytime you hard reset the exec
there is no o2 connection
Does anyone know where I can get the O2 Exec XDA boot splash screen and also how would I install it?
I recently just got done upgrading my ROM with the Qtek version. Everything is running smoothly just would like to get the O2 splash screen back.
Attatched is the O2 splash from my Exec's ROM in rsb format.
For details of how to set it as the boot splash i suggest you read:

Hi all,
I have an imate JAMin with dopod ROM (RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID), RadioRom 2.30.21, extended ROM unlocked, visible and writable (I used Prophet_ext_rom_unlock.exe)
Now, I'd like to change dopod splash screen with the original iMate, but I didn't find a clear method to do this for prophet.
Any idea?
Thanks.
Alex

Thanks, but on buzzdev site I read:

If you do the same on other devices, you can permanently damage them.
So, is there any way to change the screen on Prophet?
Bye
Prophet splash
I am first going to say...'I am not an expert.'
Ihave an O2 Neo with the PDA Mobiz rom. The following is the link to the forum ftp with the files i used to get an O2 splash back.
ftp://xda:[email protected]/Uploads/Prophet/Prophet-logos
I got my official splash back by re-installing the original O2 rom then installing the PDAMobiz rom. Just my experience. I feel like I'm getting to know what I'm doing. I bricked the phone and brought it back to working perfectly so I'm not a complete idot...lol
Can I change the boot screen to O2 from Qtek of my prophet?
Can anybody please tell me how to change that?
Or if possible, can anyone please give me a rom with which I can change my prophet's boot screen to O2.
n.b.: I have flashed a rom(to upgrade) wich has changed the boot screen to Qtek from O2, now I can't find any rom which change the boot screen from Qtek to O2.
Your help is very much appriciated.
With thanks and regards.
