Hi to all,
I configuriered my MDA Pro to do synchronisation with the Exchange server every our. It works well. There is only one problem.
When the the MDA PRO and GPRS is off and GPRS for synchronisation switched to on, the display also switched to on.
Somebody know this problem?
How can I changed it? :x
No ideas?
Can nobody help me?

Hi All,
Not sure what has happened to my XDAII but it keeps dialing the internet to try to establish communication with my PC thru activesync. I don't think I have set any option for it to do this. Does anyone know where I turn it off ?
Thanks,
Rob.
Hi guys, I got the new SonyEricsson M600 and had the settings sent over from SonyEricsson website for the GPRS, I also added the another account setting from http://www.filesaveas.com/gprs.html. The activesync application was unable to hold a signal for more than 10 to 15 minutes and it would disconnect. I believe it might have something to do with the port numbers or proxy being used.
So if someone that has connected succefully to t-mobile uk and has push working without a glitch please advise on any settings.
Much appreciated.
P.s I also have an Orange contract and that has synced perfectly without a problem on activesync without any disconnects. :?:
Hi,
I have just installed Goodlink in HTC 4350, but it seems some problems working with GPRS connection.
The symptom is Goodlink has problem of initializing GPRS connection, if the GPRS connection failed all next step faied.
I have a walkaround to this problem, manually start internet explore to connect to a website via GPRS, everything is working fine. During the period of GRPS connection set by IE, Goodlink can work.
Do you have any solution to this? Need to refresh a new ROM to fix this or it's a Goodlink's bug? I think it's Goodlink's bug because GPRS works fine with IE.
Any suggestion? Pls advise.
what version of goodlink? got 4.8.1.14 and never saw your problem
Hi all,
I have a T-Mobile MDA Vario II, and I cannot connect to the internet, or send and receive email. I can, however, connect to my wireless LAN.
My vario DOES connect to 3g (or shows it's connected) but I keep getting 'This page cannot be displayed' error while surfing.
Can anyone supply me with the correct settings I need to use to connect?
Thanks guys, and gals.

It's aknown problem with T-Mobile. It's been happening for around two weeks now with no sign of a resolution. T-Mobile can't be bothered to inform its customers but if you phone you'll be told to use GPRS.
All working for me, both GPRS and 3G.
Have you tried changing your dns servers?
Try 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2
Rob
My Vario II was having the same problem.
Switched to GPRS and it worked. I then used the Fit4Cat program to disable HSDPA. This resulted in me falling back to 3G and everything working perfectly!
HSDPA was working fine for me since the Vario II was first launched but the last few weeks I've had no joy.
I might phone T-Mobile and see if HSDPA has been disabled on my account. If it has, then the sneaky swines must've disabled it.
Thanks guys, I'll give your sugestions a go today and report back.

The aswering modem has disconnected. To check your connection settings and change them if need, tap Settings.
I have tried many things, but it doesnt work at all...
In the Hi store they can't help me, and the supportline says i must visit the Hi store.
Anyone here that have the solution for this problem?
