How can I change the screen?
I'm still stuck with the T-Mobile sh*t screen ;-)

I'm going to see if I can change it later using pdocwrite. Does anyone know the exact location and length of the boot screen logo on the wizard and the charmer? Also does anyone have a nice generic boot screen?

Hi,
Today, my Uni suddenly turned off. When I started it again, it displayed the first splash screen, then changed to the second one and didn't go any further. I can turn the display of using the on/off button, but when I turn it back on, it only displays the second splash screen again.
Now I found this topic ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=259003 ), but I am not really sure, whether it adresses my issue or a different one (being stuck in bootloader mode, not on splash screen). I will probably read through it tomorrow (don't have much time now), but if someone could at least tell me whether it might help me solve my problem or give me a solution directly, it would be awesome. Oh and btw, is there any chance of saving my data from the device?

During normal boot my HD2 shows the white HTC boot screen and shows a patch (below the HTC lettering) where the white screen colour is not consistent. This looks to me to be a fault because it has not always been there.
Has anyone else seen this fault? Any advice on how to get back to a T-Mobile UK ROM where they will accept a return for repair?

Has anyone seen this problem?
I would like very much to get rid of the green htc on black splash screen that shows when my phone boots up. This is the first boot screen, not the second one that the chefs usually personalize. I used to see it in the early days of HaRET, but the splash screen soon replaced it.
I know that MAGLDR is taking the place of one boot screen, so I am not even trying to do this myself.
Basically, I want to see the scrolling log text as the phone boots up, the same as I see when I boot my Linux PC.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

You can only have a picture not the bootlog like Haret.. if you want bootlog i believe you can try to extract it from Darkstone's superNand rom
Would anyone know how i can remove the Vodafone splash screen when the phone boots?
im on O2 and its annoying having the other network logo on my phone

i know this is prob a noob question but which one is splash and which one is boot? im running faux's orange sense rom. when i turn the phone on, the original mytouch4g screen pops up (this is the one i want to change) then he has the nice HTC Quietly Brilliant screen after that (i like that one)! i just want to change the white mytouch4g screen at the very beginning. so is that the boot screen or the splash screen? thanks guys!
