The audio (both mic input and speaker output) on my Jas Jar fails intermitantly. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm wondering if it's hardware or software...

I had no audio at all coming out of my xda2 including thr ring. I pulled the device appart and manualy checked the speaker. The speaker still works. The problem must be with the chip. The audio in still works.
Dose anyone know if the xda1 has a compatible audio chip and speaker? I have 2 xda1's and would like to do a transplant.
Does anyone know of a way to boost the audio signal through Bluetooth? I have tried the audio booster for the cabled headphones and it makes no difference on BT headphones at all.

I have an HD2 and a Midland BT2-D Motorcycle headset I use for hands free, AD2P MP3 playback, and AD2P GPS instructions from navigation software like TomTom or Garmin.
I used to use it with a Tilt 2 and really had no issues. With the HD2 I've had several problems.
My list of issues is as follows.
Need to be able to adjust music volume independent of voice volume.
Need to be able to disable the automatic volume increase when wind his the microphone.
Need to find a way to get call announcements working again.
Pauses in music playback, though seem to have been addressed in the current ROM.
There are other similar threads on the issue, none of which really cover it all.

I think I may have damaged the audio jack on my Imagio, and now it thinks the earphones are always plugged in.
Does anybody know of a way to disable or override the audio jack sensing in software, so that the phone will not attempt to use it?

i im in need of an answer to this: Is it possible to route audio out during a call, to the in built earpiece and have the audio input taken the from 3.5mm jack?. Cus, my mic is broken and i was thinking of buying the 3.5mm standalone mic that records input. But then the phone would not route the audio output to the phone's earpiece.So any workarounds to this?
