[HELP] Develop apps

Hi folk,
i wanted to develop some apps for my new HTC diamond.
But I do not have any idea on:
- which api?
- which lang?
It will be great if someone can shed some lights and mayb giv me some "starter kit" or a website to start my exploration off?

Is there sombody that can explain how i can make my TODAY SCREEN?
I want one whit an mp3 player in it...
I saw it on the forum but i found no guid how i can make my own today's screen plz help out im a NOOB in this stuff...

but if you're a n00b then developing in win32 in c++ may be a bit too much for you
if you don't mean a full panel then codeguru got some toturials for writing wm today items also in c++ win32 sdk

If you do mean a full panel I can help you with getting the emulator running - that was hell for me.
Since you have the phone its not so bad running it directly on the phone but it gets a bit tedious - its much easier and faster to do test runs on the emulator

Hey Guys,
I`m looking for one of my most favorite games of all times.

Hi all,
I recently noticed that alla mame/mame ce version available are really really outdated.
Is someone able to make some port of windows version of Mame ?
I think that starting with a Kaiser (for example) we could have enough horsepower to make most games work.
What do you think. ?
I'm a programmer, almost zero experience in Windows Mobile, but for sure i can be of use !

Can someone redirect me to a working project to run Android on my touch viva. im sick on windows now and the few android projects i found still lack functionality like bluetooth etc.

Thats the best ongoiing Android project so far. It lacks developers or rather it lacks developers with sufficient time, so any help will be gladly welcome, but the Roms here too have similar bugs as the ones you stated. Hope you are able to help out.
