Need testers....

Hey,
I'm working on an expansion for my Windows Vista skin. I'm am putting the finishing touches to a WMP11 skin so i need some (2 or 3) people to test the new skin.
It will be a skin for WMP 9 or higher, but it will look like WMP11 ().
Please PM me if you want to apply .

Windows Mobile 5.0 Themes???

I haven't found any info on this matter...
I have tons of WM 2003SE tsk themes, but... they don't work with WM 5.0 in my Universal...
Do you know where can I find compatible themes? I tried wisbar advance desktop, but it is still in beta... I'm looking for simple tsk themes that work in WM 5.0
Any help would be appreciated.

Someone posted this a while back, I beleive you need the Pocket PC SE VGA to work with the Universal. I have not tried it yet, so do post back if they do work.

It doesn't work. The lower two softkeys don't change their colour, and the wallpaper appears like grey, even if it has... every colour of the rainbow.
I'm really surprised that M$ hasn't announced a theme maker for WM 5.0... And more surprised that there are only 1-2 themes available for WM 5.0 devices...

What is the colorful round icon near the battery icon?

guys thanks for your comments. Now, all icons I have , are RESCO TODAY PLUG-IN. it's pretty cool. and it doesn't slow the system like SPB POCKET PLUS one. The icon in the corner next to the battery is POCKET INFORMANT icon.
and regarding the software I am using, its something like McDEV Theme creator. I can't remember the axact name, coz i'm @ work, sneakely writing from my Exec ;-))

yess! The program is ThemeMaker McDeb and it works...
At last I made my own themes based on the ones provided here! Thanx again my friend, it works great.

i'm glad you made it. the only problem I find difficult to solve is the dimentions of the picture. no matter how I tried, the picture gets cut in landscape or in portrait modes. it's obviously not a big deal in an abstract pictures, but in something more precise, that is a great pain in the ass...

FlowFX by Aspecto Software similar to TouchFLO on HTC Touch?!

Since I'm not experienced with programming for windows mobile I have big wish on you guys.
I love the idea/technic how the GUI on HTC Touch works and hope it will be possible on my HTC Hermes one day too.
When I installed the newest version of WiFiFoFum I realized a great flipping effect between pages in this tool. Now I have even seen that the author of this program gives away the source code (http://www.aspecto-software.com/rw/applications/developer/flowfx/index.html).
Hope somebody can make us Cube GUI for any windows mobile device (at least for HTC Hermes )

ok i have a tmobile wing i wanted to add games and other stuff to it i was read here the how to install programs on the phone now i was wonderin what is the touchflow used for and what is the cube i know you guys know what this is but im new to this so any info and help will be appreciated thanks guys

The touchflow cube is really just an interface for certain programs that's usually included in some roms. It basically displays your screen like a cube, and to view the next page, you move your finger across your screen, and the cube turns to the next page. It isn't related to games at all.

ohh ok i kinda understand now thanks for the info one more question i am trying to install the cube in my wing but its saying copy aserg polices.cab i cant seem to find where is this for me to copy it i am lost

[Q] Theme in WP7

Hi everyone!
Tried to look around but couldnt find a good and objective Tutorial about complete creating a full theme to our system.
Im a graphic designer and really want to do this but if someone could help me?
I appreciate a lot!

as i'm guessing, you should get a dump of a rom like mirolg's one,
and use something like resource hacker to change the icons in the mui dll's,
just like in windows for pc's,
from my experience (noob) with windows 7 / xp thats where the icons R
