What type of files are you downloading, reader uses .lit files.

kingston SD card 512 MB...i wanna upload it with my business doc. with pocket excel,adobe etc. format... but i can't upload all of these doc. dunno wat's gonna on mate...
are u trying to upload via an SD card reader or the pda itself?.
ohhhhh i know whats happening, i have this problem from time to time. its the conversion via activesync, even if you have a card reader the pda wont be able to open the doc anyway becuase there is something in it that it dont like.
sometimes macros upset the conversion or a weblink
wooo... ic2...is there any solutions to solve it up man?...when i wanna upload a doc. via activesync i can't upload it...but when i upload the doc. through card reader i can upload it n when i used ppc to open the file i still can open he file sometimes... maybe i missed some program in my ppc?
thanks 4 ya co-operation
yeah ive given up trying to move stuff around via activesync, you can turn off the conversion in activesync options.
there are other activesync type programs around ive never tried them though
could it be that you put the sd in read only mode? there is a slider on the side, on position locks the card so you can't write on it, like floppy disks used to have
hi all...my sd card was working fine yesterday. Suddnely today, it is not being recognized/detected by my device. I have tried a soft restart several times. As well, while the device is off, if i insert the card, the display kick in. Thus, the hardward senses it, but the software won't show any refrence to it. Have any of you had this issue??
I've not had this issue,
but, does your pc recongnise it? if so copy all contents to your pc, format and then copy back checking recognition in your wiz, did you install/create anything new recently?
i have not installed anything, but i did add a ton of photos...i also was able to review those images till today. I tried the card at a photoprint shop, and the card seems intact...i do not have reader here with my pc to reformat the card.
I'm not at all computer literate, I frequently format/hard reset my things and start over, (keeps things clean, gets rid of old programe parts) so if you're lucky someone else may provide a better solution,
but, if I was in your shoes and without a card reader on my pc, I would,
a) try to access with total commander. & if that fails,
b) try to use wm5torage to empty and format the card
good luck
i have a wizard running ipl 3.08 and blackdiamond 3.1 and i've installed the official adobe pdf reader on my phone.
now whenever i try to open an ebook, the program loads and all, and gives me a notice about the viewing mode being changed to wraparound , and then it just closes. just like that, no longer running or anything, even though the software on my computer DID say that it was converting the file to a format readable on my ppc.
i've tried reading the files off the storage card, and also off the main storage with no difference, anyone know what to do about that?
no one at all?
i can't find any solution for it.

Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Try re-installing the adobe reader.
i have a weird problem with my mini sd card. Every time i format, there is always two files that come up, autorun and svchost. The text in autorun is:
[autorun]
shell=verb
open=svchost.exe
action=Open folder to view files
shell\open=Open
icon=%SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll,4
no matter what i do, it keeps coming up. Even done a hard reset but still same problem.
Noticed those files in sd card couple days ago.
also the only thing so far i noticed it affects is that you cannot open removable device from my computer, says it cannot open it, but it opens when you go thru start->run.
anyone else have this problem and know a solution
thanks
Do you format the card with your computer? The svchost file with autorun.exe are often used by viruses on a Windows Computer. Try to scan your pc. Maybe this solves the problem.
I accidentally deleted all of the photos off my GS4's SD card. I have unmounted and removed the SD card to prevent overwriting and now I'm in a panic basically to figure out how to get everything back. I have done endless searches on the Internet and have downloaded software that it's working for me.
I have a Mac, so I need Mac-compatible software. I have tired EaseUS and Wondershare, but neither of them will pick up my phone. I don't know why. Debugging is turned on, but it only show's my Mac's hard drive and never my phone. I need a software for Mac that will allow me to just connect my phone and search for the deleted files. I have tried looking for an Android app that would work, but they all require root and I'm not rooted.
I know there are threads on this on a million sites, but I haven't found anything to help me. But it's also 2 am and I'm a girl that doesn't know much about tech stuff. If anyone has any advice on how I can retrieve all of my pictures or at least some of them, your help is greatly appreciated.
