Jabra BT620 and Cingular 8525 issues

I have a problem with my bt620 working with WMP. The controls work fine but no audio will come out of the headset. I have applied the a2dpfix with all the registry hacks. My rom version is cingular 1.34. I use TCMP player to stream my sirrus and it works great with no problems and no skipping. I just can't get it to work with WMP for anything. Any ideas?
I am having the same problem as well... anyone got this working yet?
Are you trying to play videos or this is happening while playing mp3s?
I'm asking you this cause I can listen mp3 in WMP without a problem, but when I play a video, the sound is played through the phone's speaker.
One more thing, when you stream audio through the net, do the bt headphones work? cause mine don't .
PS: I have the Plantronics Pulsar 260

Bluetooth and mp4 files??

Hi,
I have an HTC 8525 and use Jabra 620s bluetooth stereo headset with it.
when i play avi videos using TCPMP the sound is fine in the headset, as it is when iam playing mp3 files using windows media 10 mobile.
but for some reason when i play mp4 video files using WM 10 the sound comes from the builtin 8525 speaker instead of the headset.
pls. let me know if someone else has this problem?
is there a way around it?
why is the sound of the video mp4 files coming in the main speaker instead of the headset??
Thank u for answering.
Regards.

HBH-DS200 with Xperia - works only with Windows Media Player

Hi Guys,
After much deliberation I decided to buy the HBH-DS200 stereo Bluetooth headset and got it paired up fine. However I can only get music and sounds sent to it from Media Player. Neither the Panel nor Mortplayer send any sounds to it (instead they play through the speaker).
Am I doing anything wrong?
FYI I currently have gtrabs WinMo 6.5 ROM installed...
TIA
EDIT: I can start a track with the remote which starts a track in Mortplayer but everything comes through the speaker - even with Media Player now.... Just received a call and again nothing. The headset pairs fine after switching it on and off but no dice with the sounds at all...
Apologies everyone - rebooting the phone did the trick!

Mp3 player cut off problem

I have only had my samsung for a day. but i was testing the mp3 player on there and after 2 songs the music stop. i have used the mp3 player that comes with phone and have downloaded another mp3 app. again same problem, the mp3 player is left to play on shuffle and 2 and half songs through it cuts off :-s
has anyone else had this problem? should i notify orange asap about this problem??
is there a problem with the headphones, as i tested them on laptop and the sound came out abit dodgy :-s
any help would be great
Thankyou
I can't help with the MP3 player as I haven't got mine loaded yet, but as far as the headphones are concerned, it appears that the connections to the Samsung headphones are non-standard, so I am not surprised that they sound funny on your laptop.
Several people have complained that expensive after-market headphones do not work on the Galaxy.

Music over bluetooth.

I have recently brought a Belking Bluetooth music receiver but the music has a strange echo when played through my hifi. It was okay up until some point when I installed Last.FM since then the audio sounds terrible but only through BT. I have done a factory reset but it's still the same. Any ideas?
Try looking for the audio output settings.
Sent from my MB525 using XDA App
Control if an another mp3 player is run in background ; )
( For example , a single widget could put on Play different music players , there music players played the same music with a small shift , and echo )
Edit : no , nothing
Its your Belkin Bluetooth Receiver

I ran into the same problem. My phone plays crystal clear music through every other bluetooth device except my Belkin. Apparently, this is an all too common problem with this particular receiver. There is a sliver of hope if you are unsatisfied with the terrible range of your Belkin though - there is a metal plate located under the circuit board inside your device. Remove it and it will extend the range of your device to the advertised 30 feet or whatever it is. As far as the sound quality, I'm afraid you're SOL, partner. Thanks and Gig 'em!
