I've just received 2 x 2GB "ADATA MyFlash" cards from a USA seller on eBay - cost was £68.50 each delivered, now that's a bargain :lol:
I can confirm that they both work great on the HTC Universal (tested on my MDA PRO). This device is just awesome now, with 2GB of storage :lol:

expansys.com.au have a 4gb sd card and they offer a 14day return policy if it doesn't work....

Hi I got my first mini s xda aboot 2 months ago at same time I bought a san disk 2Gb card for it of ebay the phone developed a hite screen and had to go back to o2 they sent a "replacment"!! 2 days later the memory card stoped working even in a card reader would not work, so I ordered another of ebay now after 3 weeks this card is no sayin it is full and ill do nothing in the phone or through the card reader.
Are there problems with these cards or could it be my xda at fault?

I did bought a scandisk 2go and I don't have any issues... a friend of mine get a Kingston 2Go and no issues either...

yes I have the latest rom the only thing is ive been reading that there are a lot of FAKE san disks on ebay maybe I have one of them. I just dont ant to buy another card incase its the phone at fault and I ruin another 40 quid
ya you have to be careful on ebay cus i have seen cards that have been rebranded which say 1gb but the card is only 16mb they just change the writing.
I use an 8525. Just noticed that a 4 GB Micro SD is now coming out. Before I buy one, does anyone know if it is possible to use these in the 8525, or will I need 3rd party software, or is there an update I can make??

Yes it will work as long as you are runing winmo 6. Next time do a quick google search for it (site:xda-developers.com what you are looking for goes here), this question comes up about once a month.

Hi, I went and purchased a Sandisk 4gb micro SD for my new 02 XDA Trion. Sadly the card will not show up on the phone.
The card works as I have tested it on my computer.
Do I have to install Winmo6 to get the card to work on this phone? Help please?

I 've just seen a 6 gb micro sd card advertised. Would this work too?
6GB should work with WM6. Looks like ship date is 10/06/2007 in the US
Some cooked ROMs might not have the sdhc support cuz it wasnt cooked in, but that would be stupid and it will usually be listed in the specs of the ROMs if it is or isnt.
If there is sdhc (hc = high capacity btw) then anything above 2 gb should work.

the 6gb card has been on ebay for a while, Im suprised no one has tried it!
So, I love my streak (9 days now)
However I am now bored with it and want to upgrade the internal storage to a 32GB Card.
Has anyone attempted to upgrade the internal storage yet?

I am going to be de-constructing the phone as it is to change the led's (my spare one with cracked screen arrived off ebay yesterday )

as for going fro more than 32, I would search XDA for other android devices, maybe even an app that will help.

SanDisk have a fault in some of there 32gb and 64 gb micro sd cards.
The fault seems to affect only the S2, S3 and our Note 2.
My phone just could not see the external card, and when it could it wanted to format the card.
I emailed sandisk support, and a new one is in the post.

Yup my 32gb ultra took a dump a week ago woke my phone up and I see ready to format card in the notifications going on by itself. Deleted everything. Then would not read it at all. Could not mount it on my laptop either. Sandisk was good about it they sent me a prepaid label amd shipped me a new one. Now I dont keep any pics on there just music. And with isyncer I upload all my pics when I sync. Bought mine from amazon by the way.
I was lucky, they just asked me to send them a picture of it broken in half. And they sent me a new one, with then fault corrected.
Had an issue with my 32GB card too. Sent it back to MyMemory guys and they have sent a new card out to me today.

Thanks.. coz in my case they were asking me to send the card back to Sandisk facility in Taiwan which cost too much for me. :d its like buying a new card already.

I had a 64 GB Ultra Class 10 show 1 MB......San Disk replaced it. Sent an RMA and return label. Needed the tiny numbers on the card.
Just checked mine and it's ok shows 29.7GB free. Mine is the red colour class 10 one

I've got my 64gb card returned to sandisk and I'm waiting for a replacement. While I've been waiting I got a 32gb sandisk ultra and didn't reformat to fat 32 as so many people have suggested. I just left it as it is and it's been ok for the last 3 weeks, but I should add that my 64gb card was ok for several months before it crapped out.

Mine crapped out last night, is it the heat thats causing the problem? Coz my phone seems to be heating quite a bit lately on HSPA+. I got the notification of scanning the card every time I woke up my phone, and late last night I got a Format the card issue. I was sleepy so I didn't bother. Today morning while I was leaving for my jog, I tried playing some music when it just died. I will be calling them soon to ask about it. My luck that I transferred my photos out just a couple of days back. But I might have lost some of my music.

I'm having the same problem with my SanDisk Ultra Class 10 64GB card. It worked perfectly for 5 months.
Now, it hangs my phone, everytime it is in the phone. If I remove it, phone works perfectly. Never had or have any read / write error. Just the phone hangs.
