I cannot sync through IrDA. I have tried everything but with no hope on my i-mate. Please somebody help me !!!!!!

Lately i'm having this new trouble...upon connecting my device to work laptop it's connecting and while looking for changes it's popping up with following information:
"Synchronization cannot be completed successfully. Reconnect your device and try again. If the problem persists , see the Microsoft ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on your desktop computer."
After this error popup only 'Explore' button is enabled on my laptop's ActivieSync......
Please help me what I should do now .... I strongly believe that i'll get solution in this forum rather than O2 Customer support.
Awaiting all your expert guidances/suggestions...

Please help me how to upgrade ROM for my XDA2. I have downloaded version: C_ShekharAKU3.5c.R40.P24_public.rar and install with HimaUpgradeUt.exe but after awhile, the connection via sync on cradle auto disconnected. i have configed as "stay connect after finish" and all auto standby mode was disable but the trouble still occurs. after trying, even PPC can not sync with PC if i do not restart PC.
Please kindly advise how to do.

Well... my problem is that i cant Sync my Wizard over Bluetooth...
I have a Bluetooth Conected to my Computer, with the WIDCOMM Drivers..
and it works fine to tranfer files or other things but.. when i try to put a COM port over Bluetooth... it says...
"The Device doesn't Have Serial Port Service" (something like this because it is on Spanish lol)
and i can't get it to Work..
Any Advice?

Active sync is not working.
When i want to syncronize with PC Active sync requires atention.
Atention required:Connection not valid:Cannot open the connection '57600; Default'. This connection is not longer valid or does not exist.
