Belgian Mobile operator Proximus sells its HTC as QTEK 1010, there are some claims of it supporting MMS. If so, is there a ROM upgrade to allow any version to support MMS?

2003 ROM works with Vodafone at least. Quite well too.
I'm using Kitchen's 4.00.11 without problems on Netcom in Norway.

My XDA2 was originally O2 german ROM. i upgraded to Tmobile NL 1.6 to switch to english version. Can i now switch to new O2 UK ROM? Can this upgrade be done using USB craddle?
Yes, I have done that, now I have the last o2 version in English, and works good.
You can find from MKIA the file for change the country ID in the forum.

I am German O2 (Genion Duo) and Qtek 9000 User.
I need a exacting instruction or a *.cab File to config MMS send and receive for O2 and specifically for Qtek 9000 ?
O2 Homepage instructions are not specifically for Qtek 9000 and i could not understand it
A instruction (maybe with Screenshots) in German would be very nice
