Hello,
How can I find out what model, type of unit, manufacturer I have?
Thank you.
Hi, go to car settins and find option "about device", there is info about your unit. HMI MCU and other info regarding unit.
By the look and description in headline i would say it is TS10 or TS18 unit like Topway or Alwinner

Hello everyone.
SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH!!
I recently purchased an Android PX5 car stereo (MTCE_MX from Witson) the 4GB version with Android 8 for my Fiat Doblò 2012.
Exactly this car radio: LINK WITSON
My problem is : CANBUS DECODER (link)
I connected the cables, etc. .. by default, everything works. The fact is that the canbus does not give me the information I would like.
When I open the door I see an image that is the same as this LINK, but nothing else.
Looking for solutions on the internet, I saw that many have an app installed, such as "Vehicle (link)" or "Car Info" where you can see a lot of information (like this LINK image)
Is it an application problem or is my car the problem?
Thanks a lot
im missing these apps as well. i have mercedes canbus
@GianniDarkos is the canbus box the one you are using? Wondering as I would expect VW-SS-03 would indicate SimpleSoft and Volkswagen but not Fiat. Would expect if VW-SS-03 should be the canbus decoder version 01 VW (Simple) should be the right canbus setting. Have you checked canbus box settings inside Factory settings? Which one is selected? Vehicle link might not show up for all canbus boxes.
Hi Guys
Hoping for some information
I have a android headunit called a T5 system basically it's running 8.1 api 27 bit falsely claims 9.0
It's a type of mtk8227 headunit, the problem I'm facing is that I have a canbus specific for my car ( TATA Nexon) from Hiworld but under the canbus settings my car model is Not visible, I guess I need sl.e update to the canbus settings for it to show my car, as of now choosing a random other car is a hit or miss on OEM functions
Any help is much appreciated
Did you find any solution? I am looking for the same for my Tata Hexa. The canbus decoder unit is the same
Not an MTCx device, requested mod moves to Android head unit forum where this post might be seen.
Need more info to help
Hi , where did you buy the canvas? What is your Nexon model year ? You can set it in factory settings. Is that hiworld canbus ?
I installed the Joying JY-BO124N3 Android head unit which works great. The problem I'm having is the car is displaying metric units on start up. To fix this, I have to go into the head unit settings and change to imperial/American units which will then display the correct units on the dash/climate control. The headunit itself always displays the correct Imperial units (mph, F, etc). I contacted the manufacturer who said it wasn't possible to permanently change through the head unit. The Eunavi Android head unit in my Toyota doesn't have this problem so I'm assuming the problem is with the BMW. Is there anyway I can permanently program/code out metric units so only Imperial information is displayed on my dash?
I did a review on the head unit and show this problem at 3:23:

Anyone?
I can’t help other than to say I had the same issue with my BMW E90 and an Eonon unit so it seems like this might be an E90 thing with these aftermarket head units?

Ah, thanks for the reply. This is super helpful. I'm just relieved to hear that someone (unfortunately) had the same issue as me. If my Joying and your Eonon are doing the same thing, then I can pretty much narrow down that it's on BMW's end.
i got a headunit, Andream 7" android 9.0 PX6 for Audi A4/Q5 B8.
Andream headunit (Link to unit / seller)
link to suplier (link to suplier)
its a PX6 RK3399 unit acording to CPU-Z, it has some wierdness in CPU-Z, iwill post those pictures also, it reports RK3066 and RK30board, but it looks like they used a RK3066 board with a RK3399 unit, the processors show up properly.
but im looking for the MCU version, but i cant figure out what it is, the version number dont give me anything.
you can se in the pictures the number, but if its hard to read it says MCUVers: 415175bLZH-Q5-AL-7-190817[170325]
i have spent the day trying to google the number, found a nother post here on QXDA but no information about what MCU thats in it.
i want to flash it with malaysk or Hal, but since i dont know the right MCU i am afraid to brick it.
i posted from CPU-Z, about unit and from the settings in the UI.
the API level from CPU-Z atleast comfirms that its a actual android 9, not a lower with a fake tag on it.
Hi. I have just bought a new head unit on aliexpress, but after checking "About device" info i found out that its not MTCB nor MTCD. It says:
2020.11.19 17:21:02 NOR_53_l6315_G23P48F64_V:1.0_FYT
I was wondering if there's any tinkering i can do with this head unit, like rooting it for example.
