got an lg v20. it has android 8.0 the phone app is all green and nasty and when you make a call, the whole screen has this same nasty green. how can I change the color to be only white for the phone app?
the settings menu has every icon being a different color. any way to change them all to one color like blue?
some help please?
There are a few ways to change the color of the phone app and the settings menu on your LG V20.
Using the built-in theme switcher
Go to Settings > General > About phone > Build number. Tap on the build number seven times to enable developer mode.
Go back to Settings and tap on Developer options.
Scroll down and tap on Theme.
Tap on the Color picker icon.
Select the color you want for the phone app and the settings menu.
Using a third-party theme
Many third-party themes are available for the LG V20 that can change the color of the phone app and the settings menu. You can find these themes in the Google Play Store.
thanks so much for the help. I changed the phone app to acr phone. now ill see about using some theme. didnt find a theme option in developer mode. downloading some from smart world. they will close completely soon.

Hey there,
I wanted to ask this question in the official PAC ROM thread for the Nexus 4 but unfortunately I have no permission.
Anyways, is there a way to disable those fly-in animations that come with the above mentioned rom? Nearly all windows that I open have that annoying fly-in animation and it does not even feel consistent: sometimes the window flies in from the right, sometimes from the bottom and sometimes it comes from the top left just when it is about to change its direction to fly straight down.
Is there a way to restore the default window animations (that stock zoom fade-in effect)?
Some ROMs might have the ability to change that, but I don't know about yours. You can disable animations altogether by turning them off under development settings.
Not sure exactly if you're talking about those... but check out:
PAC-MAN settings -> Home screen -> Home screen (again) -> transition effect.
PAC-MAN settings -> Home screen -> App Drawer -> Transition effect.
etc..

Thank you, but I don't want to disable animations completely.
I think I have to replace them manually if there is no way to change them via the ROM.

These are the animations for the launcher, right?
However the animations I am talking about are everywhere in the ROM, whenever I open/close a window...
EDIT:
Okay so I flashed a different PAC ROM (inofficial) and it allowed me to customize most of the animations in the PAC ROM settings.
Unfortunately some animations were missing (e.g. popups sliding in from the right). I am back to my old ROM now and might contact the ROM dev.
Hello.
Is it possible to change interface color from white one (ie. setting) to stock android, black?
Maybe some mod or xposed module?
Thank you in advance.

Sorry, but somehow, I can't find it.
Can point me to the right direction, please?
I dont believe it exists, I dont see anything to do it either
I don't think you can change the stock UI to black, system wide. & I don't think you can change all of the applications individually, like the stock dialer for one.
For the LG keyboard, it's: System settings > General > Language & input > LG Keyboard's setting ICON > Additional settings > Keyboard theme.
Or if it's the native email app: open the email app > Settings > General settings > Background color.
Like bachera said, explore.
yeah menus no, notification bar, lowerbar and keyboard yes

Good rom
Hello, today I noticed that small quick settings (tiles in 1 row) doesn't work properly:
1) Tiles are invisible - I just see white background although they are working when I tap on white space.
2) Small quick settings are interfering with larger quick settings menu - when I try to tap on brightness slider, I often tap on invisible tile from small quick settings.
Restarting phone and resetting quick settings does nothing.
Can somebody tell me how can I fix it? I hope my problem is understandable.
Have you installed any substratum theme with a white overlay? I suspect it.

I haven't.
Nova Launcher is the only app that I'm using to customize my Android but it shouldn't affect quick settings. I changed the launcher to default (Launcher3) to make sure - the problem is still there.
So far I've been very happy with the S10+, but have a very annoyances I can't figure out.
1. I have the gallery app disabled, as I prefer Google photos. In the camera app, if I select the most recent picture, it says "no apps can perform this action". Anyone know how to get this to map to photos?
2. I like my theme to always be dark, so I have night mode enabled and customized to my liking, but I can't get good control over the navbar. In a lot of dark/black apps, I end up with a white navbar. I've tried numerous apps to make the navbar black all the time, but then the button icons aren't visible in the apps where One UI wants a white navbar because it makes the icons black. Anyone have a solution?
Any input would be appreciated.
1: go to default apps and clear defaults for the gallery, set Google photos as default gallery app
2: download good lock to change the quickpanel, a short guide to make the quickpanel black is in my battery guide.
Maybe to set it black try the "Navbar Apps" from appstore

1: I cleared gallery defaults, and opened a pictured from a file explorer to set photos as default, but still within the built in Samsung app, it won't open in photos.
2. I already made my quickpanel black, it's the navbar I'm trying to recolor while keeping the menu, home, and back buttons white.

This is one of the apps I've been trying and it works well except that the menu, home, and back buttons turn black in some apps, and thus are black on black.
Thanks for the help both of you
