I am using custom ROM and already flasshed 3. I got few problem there llikely Google contacts for contact sync browser, video player, gapps problem. I am using lineage 17.1 from AB Arbab. I am facing network issues here and also browser problem. UI and theme is superb but updated browser, video player, contact sync and betwork issues need to be fixed.
Second request is a nethunter support at least a considerable ROM. For nethunter I am ready to convince half of of devices feature except call experience onlu

I have a Samsung GS3 with Omnirom 4.4, latest nightly installed. the Rom is AWESOME thanks to the dudes for all their hard work.
I am unable to post a video to instagram. The problem actually occurred on the stock rom 4.3 and was hoping the custom rom would sort it.
The problem is as follows. I can set the video up in instagram, trim & Crop, apply filter, select cover frame no problem but as soon as you want to post it to instagram it crashes "Unfortunately, Instagram has stopped"
The problem seems to be with GS3 only as my wifes GS3 also doesnt work but it does work on my friends GS4.
Is there something I can do or do i have to wait for Omni or Instagram to sort out the issue?

The problem I am having is mainly with facebook messenger chatheads, the amount of lagg and delay I am getting when I open a chathead is unbearable. I would say there is a good 5 seconds before the chathead actually opens. Typing is also greatly delayed, when I've pressed all the letters it takes a good 2 seconds before they pop up on screen.
The things I have tried to maybe fix it are the following:
* Clear cache/dalvik (multiple times)
* Clear app cache (multiple times)
* Install older versions of facebook messenger (have tried many)
* Use different launchers, both stock Oxygen and nova launcher result in same lagg
* Install different ROMs
Currently running:
Android version: 5.1.1
Oxygen version: 2.1.2
ROM: SkyDragon ROM v1.1
kernel: Boeffla-Kernel-1.0-beta18
Hope anyone could figure something out, I am a huge messenger user and this lagg is really driving me crazy. maybe it's a Lollipop issue?
My friend has the same phone and says he got no problems at all...

I can confirm the same problem and the same things as you done.. Need to be fixed by OxygenOS next OTA..

It's an Oxygen OS issue. Facebook and Messenger runs smoothly on CM ROMs.

Hi everyone. I've used for a while MiFavor 5.0 on my U device. But I have some issues. Maybe you have same ones and you find a solution..
1. Root Explorer is not working.
2. Fun Run 2 is not working. (It works after installed but it is not working anymore if you close from recent apps.)
3. Sliding is not smooth on Google+ & Twitter.
I've upgraded my Chinese Axon 7 to MiFavor5.0(A2017V2.0.0B08) And it has some bugs and glitches associating with google apps especially google play games, it doesn't sync and it is stuck on this page(see screenshot) .It also doesn't sync to Chrome. Another issue is that if you go to settings/google/sign in and security it gives this error(second screenshot).Please help if you know how to fix these issues. This update has really messed up my Axon7.(I have reset factory both before and after the update)
I don't experience your issues.. the only thing that bugs me is when I'm using VPNs. previously on B01, when I close the vpn app on the tasks, it also closes the vpn connection. But on B08 when I close the app, the vpn connection still remains.
HelLo, I'm facing random apps closing themselves in Android 7. 1 based ROMs. I've tried AEX, Los, and both of the ROMs have this closing...apps which I've seen closing automatically :
TOI
SNAPCHAT
BBC
CNN
(they only close when I open stories back to back, or scroll fast.. Maybe it's something related to ram. Manamagemt, but I didn't have any such issues with 7.0 stock ROM).
I don't have substrautjm n also I havent rooted my. Phone..
I've also got the same problem. The twitter app always freezes after some images shown. Also Bundle app couldn't display news after some while. I'm using Aosp extended with opengapps stock.
Anyone have ideas what is causing the problems?
Even Im having multiple apps crashing after sometime. 321 player is not working ,downloaded the latest version. but crashes while opening the app.

Hello everyone. I have using custom roms for a while now. Unlocked and re locked several times. Now I am running pixel experience latest build. Before that i was on havoc os latest one. Tested crdroid, superior os Phoenix, LOS 17.1 . The issue in every custom 10 rom i can not use my device microphone in messenger, imo, discord etc. To use voice service in these apps i have to use headset microphone. But the device microphone is working perfectly in phone app and WhatsApp. Any fix for this please. It would be great. I can not stand pie roms because i fell in love with the q gestures xD.

Try to disable Ok google in google app. then you mic will work now in fb messenger.
go to Google app - more - Settings - Voice - Voice match then disable "Hey Google".
