Hello All,
I am in need of assistance with my 13.3' HA2208-Scout head unit Model: PX6 running Android 10. I have had it for a little over a year with no issues. I shut the vehicle off when I got home, and the next day when I went to leave the side screen buttons stopped working, and the touch screen was unresponsive.
I placed the unit in recovery mode and reset the cache with no change. I then completed a factory reset with no change. After reviewing the logs I found that I am getting a:
GTP-Error I2C Read: 0x0847, 1 bytes failed, errcode: -6! Process reset.
It will do this error and fail 5 time, then presents:
<goodix_ts_probe>_4411 I2C communication ERROR!
<goodix_ts_probe>_4502 prob error !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CPU: Rockchip RK3399, running Linux 4.19.111
I have emailed Dasiata 15 times with only 1 response asking about my order number, and can not seem to get any technical support. I have searched the forum with no luck finding this same issue so I am hoping someone may be able to assist. This is a completely stock unit with no modification to hardware or software.
Thanks,

Good morning, I encountered a problem with my XTRONS head unit PB78FSFP-S
Occasionally after doing the shutdown procedure, the head unit returns the error message that I am attaching to this thread.
After selecting "try again" the head unit restarts without any problem.
I have already done several HARD RESETS, without solving this problem, could you tell me what this error message is due to?
Thanks
I use XTRONS 04.09.2018 Android 8.0 "update.zip" and v2.94 MTCD-E and CAR LAUNCHER PRO
Hi,
I Bought this android head unit a month ago. After having some problem with apps i decided to set head unit to factory settings. After that i got stuck on bootloop
I trie reseting it via RST button but, that didn't helped. So i think i need somehow to get into recovery for data wipe. None of button combination leeds me there.
Does anybody now, how to get into recovery mode ?
i Have video uploaded into youtube, but as im new in this forum, i can't paste it here.
youtube com/watch?v=_zYjHY9D0kc
Tried:
- various button combination (reset, reset + power, etc)
- Connect USB male<->male connector to head unit and PC. No response, pc wont find new device (android adb)
- Solder wires to pins on mainboard GND, VCC, D+, D- and connect to pc. No response
- contacted seller. He aproved that android is stuck and head unit needs to be restored from update (or data wipe out). Seller asked me for my email, but its already two weeks after this problem and still no instruction what to do.
Please HELP!!! ((

Guys, I got the android update with the Chinese, everything is working normally. But I still can't get into the advanced fastboot recovery mode of Android, but I don't know the reset button (RST) combinations to display.
For those who need help have a Russian site https://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?act=search&source=all&forums[]=all&query=seicane&x=18&y=13 with all the information of this android unit.

Hello everyone. I received an updated Firmware directly from seicane for their head unit. This is Android 10 update for the 2/32 GB unit. Everything seems to be working great so far on unit. If you would like to try it for yourself please feel free to download and install. I'm not too tech savvy so if you have any questions I'll answer them the best I can. Thought I would share for anyone to update their own unit if possible
PLEASE BE ADVISED YOU USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I will not be held responsible for any damages done to your own unit.
Thank you!

I think there was some issue with the correct file being available. You can try this new link and see if this firmware is compatible with your unit.

Is there also a way for Android 10 PX6 Devices ? I have flashed a flasches Rom on the weekend and now it still responds to touch bedinung but shows only stripes on the display.
Bought from aliexpress, and the vendor isn't helping at all...
iDrive never worked 100% (it was like stuck, system recognised its movement but it was semi locked), they gave me one firmware update that didn't solve it.
And then sound is lost after sleep. No issues with it at first (2 months).
When this is happening if you try to go to the original system its trying to boot constantly. Sometimes (after more than 20-30min with the engine on) it manages to boot and everything works.
Rebooting the HU doesn't work
Maybe the CAN BUS connection is giving issues, the workshop confirmed to me that the cables are connected properly. I've asked the vendor for a MCU update but still no answer.
