Hello,
I have android head unit Model: ZQ8003 , android 11, board: ZQ_MTK_8007,
android: 20210714,
MCU: MS064-mtk_C79_whe02a-aAaAaA_473X-26_20211102-16:33,
APP: MTK1B_C79_HA1_U002-11-EN_2021_07-14-1045.
I`m connected to the Wi-Fi according to the head unit but when open apps that using internet - they are offline, e.g WaZe shows connecting, Play Store shows 'no connection'. GPS is working. Few weeks ago I got all apps connected via Wi-Fi.
Do you know what can be the problem that shows Wi-Fi connected but the apps are offline?
Is the version that I have old and need to be updated ? Do I need to factory reset the settings of the head unit ?

Your connected with the head unit to the wifi hotspot of your smartphone?
Yeah, I'm using the smartphone for hotspot. Yesterday I tried again and saw that when I opened Chrome, it shows that timezone is different and need to set it. And I go to timezone settings and adjust it- the apps are now connected to the internet. Everything is okay with the connection.

Hey guys, been having this problem for a while but finally had enough of it!
For a start, in the wifi list in settings it doesn't show me which network I am actually connected to.

In addition if i tap another wifi network which despite already previously been connected to it , it will still ask me for the password again, after which it keeps saying failed to connect, it wont let me connect to it
I have been getting around the problem by using WPS on my wifi router and "WPS Push Button" in the settings menu when I'm home to get it to connect to my home wifi as opposed to "BT OpenZone" every time, which is quite frustrating!
I'm rooted on stock rom , Build Number KOT49I.D80220h however this problem has been ongoing atleast since before the last 2 updates.
Any ideas/troubleshooting I can do??
Cheers amishra123
Tried resetting to factory defaults?
I haven't no. What's the best/easiest way to go about backing up before and restoring afterwards ?
LGBackup on the phone should suffice. Just make sure to copy the LGBackup folder to a safe location (like a PC/laptop).
Hi,
I got some issues with my bluetooth connection on my px3. I tried a couple things like upgrading firmware, back to factory settings, changing the BT module type, but nothing worked.
I also can't enable the BT function. The screen is stuck on initialising, see screenshot.
Anyone have an idea what how i can fix this?

I have the same problem and no solution for this
Temporary it helps to reset the bluetooth settings in "apps". Then I can connect to "GocAndroid". But after the next start it is again on CAR KIT and no connection ist possible.
Did you solved this issue? I have the PX6 with Android 9.0
Same Problem. Please help.
From the reverse engineering I've done on the bTSuite.apk, which is the app controlling the bluetooth screen, the CAR KIT name and the 0000 pin is usually selected when the car cannot find the proper configuration code for like bluetooth module, type of car, type of UI and so on.
The flow of the app, once you open it, is filled with conditionals for each bluetooth module, type of car and so on. If the conditionals reach the end because it cannot match the correct code, then it defaults to that name and pin
I've had nothing but issues with Android auto on my 2019 VW Tiguan and now it just flat out refuses to work.
Only had the car for about a month and AA worked with spotty results for that entire time. It would randomly disconnect on the head unit and I'd have to reconnect it. The other day I decided to do some troubleshooting, reinstalled and now it doesn't work at all.
Tried new cables, different USB ports and even tried my wife's S10. Both now give me the same result. I tried it again today, it turns AA on my phone but when I click the apps screen on the radio it tries to pass it to the radio, gives me a data permission popup on my screen but then gives me a read error on the radio. It keeps looping and trying to reconnect. I actually tried doing it on some rental cars I was driving a few weeks ago, wouldn't work either on those at all. I've attached the screenshot of the popup that comes up and also what my radio displays. It also displays that for my wife and her phone is bone stock and no customizations.
Any tricks to get this dumb thing to work?

Recently, I have used mutliple GPS programs to get my timeline up and running. Lets say you have Phone 1 and Tablet 2. Phone 1 is a LG G7, and Tablet 2 is Fire HD 10.
Phone 1 provides connection to Tablet 2 via BT, which operates the GPS server.
Phone 1 gets the timeline data stored, but Tablet 2 has a straight line through places I go.
I know that this is a Google problem, not a Fire problem, but this may be an answer you guys can maybe help me with?
The above picture shows the GPS data feeding from phone, NOT the tablet, and is being logged with another account linked to Phone 1.
Is there any app out there that can provide GPS signal from a phone WITHOUT being logged to Phone 1? I have tried numerous apps as I said earlier, all to no avail.
The GPS signal it provides is working on Tablet 2, but is not being logged on Timeline on Tablet 2.
Thanks
BM
Dear All,
1) Recently purchased and got a android headunit installed, however we are unable to find the factory pattern password to change some mandatory settings.
2) In addition to this, I'm unable to find where I should connect with bluetooth. The person who had configured the system connected it for me, however it doesn't seem to work now. I can only find the android bluetooth settings however this is called "ANDROID BT" whilst the previous one was called "Benz_216" or "Benz 216" if I recall correctly. The person who has installed it doesn't respond so trying to figure it out myself.
3) Would like to have wireless carplay on this device, is this possible?
It's this model for the C-class MB W204:
Mercedes Benz W204 Android Head unit, W204 Android Screen
Best 8" Mercedes-Benz C-Class W204 head unit upgrade factory looking Android screen with navigation system, Apple Carplay/Android auto, for Mercedes C300, C180, C200, C220, C230, C280, C300, C320, C350, C250.
