Goodmorning
I have both a Xiaomi MI A2 lite (cr droid installed) and a Xiaomi MI A1 (evolution X installaed).
I would like to use them as wifi repeater.
I tried to switch on both the wifi and the hotspot toggle but only one of them can work, they can't work togheter.
Then I tried to select Enable Wi-Fi Coverage Extend Feature in the "developer option" and do again the point above.
Nothing of that work.
I don't want to use apps like "Wi-Fi Repeater" because I need to install an app also in the devices connected to the repeater.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hello,
I bought Mi Band to my Lenovo P780 and I have connection problem. I have paired both devices and everything works well but 10-20 times a day connection is lost. And after I open Mi Fit, app try to connect with phone and do a sync but it can't. Only after turning Bluetooth off/on app can connect to phone and do syncing. This is very annoying. Always after night the connection between Mi Band and phone is broken. What can I do about this problem? I need have a real-time notifications on Mi Band so I need have stable connection between phone and band all the time.
I have Lenovo P780 on 4.4.3 and Xiaomi Mi Band on firmware 1.0.9.0 + Tweaked Mi Fit with notify 1.2.922.

Hello,
I can no longer connect to my VPN (IPSec XAuth PSK) since the latest Android patch from December.
With the same settings and an older version the connection works.
Only "Not successful" appears.
How to report something like this to Google? Does anyone else have this problem? By the way, my modem is a Fritzbox 6591 and 7590.
Hi,
i personally do not have a pixel 3a but the Pixel 4a from my wife has the exact same problem.
But i found a solution:
On your Phone search for "private DNS" and CHANGE the setting to "off" or "auto", depending what was selected before.
I also have a Poco X3 Pro with Android 11 - this phone also had this problem.
Strangely:
I have to set the Poco to "auto" and the Pixel 4a to "off" in the "privates DNS" setting.
The default setting was "off" on the Poco and "auto" on the Pixel 4a.
But now both Phones can connect to the Fritzbox without problems!
I hope this helps!
FWIW this didn't work for me, trying to connect to a FritzBox VPN.
Hi guys ,
I have one issue with my Mi 9T for quite some time that I couldn't fix , if anyone has any idea if you can share I'd be appreciated.
I have a Xiaomi Mi Wifi mini router and it supports wifi 5GHz. I have Mi notebook air 13 , MiPad 4 , my wife's Poco X3 all of them connected to this Wifi and can see 5GHz without any issues. Even my wife's old phone Samsung Galaxy J7 prime from 2016 can see 5GHz. But somehow my Mi 9T can connect to it only when I take the phone to airplane mode. If I close airplane mode and disable wifi and open again, 5GHz disappears. I'm using Xiaomi.eu 12.2 Android 10 version and I also tried Android 11 version of xiaomi.eu , global version also tried but all of them have same issue. Any ideas how to fix it?
In part this is copied from the xiaomi community because no one is responding there.
I have the xiaomi Mi 9 Lite on MIUI 12.0.10 (still waiting longer than 1.5 year on miui 12.5).
If I connect my phone to our WiFi network its is connected to Wifi 5 (AC). But afer some time its goes automatically to wifi 4(N). which is not the intention. Is here a fix for?
Our Wifi network has suppord for Wifi 5 (AC) and is set to maximum performance. If a setting in the network needs to be changed, it won't happen Because I can't access the network settings.
Wifi 4 is slower and consumes more energy....
