Something told me i should have just bought a cheap sound bar LOL

Yes, it is possible to connect two Echo Dot devices in stereo to create a richer, more immersive sound experience. Here's how:
Place your two Echo Dot devices in the same room, roughly equidistant from where you will be listening to them.
Open the Alexa app on your smartphone or tablet.
Tap on the "Devices" icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Tap on the "+" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Choose "Set Up Audio System."
Select "Stereo Pair."
Choose the two Echo Dot devices you want to pair.
Choose which device you want to use as the left speaker and which you want to use as the right speaker.
Choose a name for your stereo pair.
Follow the prompts to complete the setup process.
Once your Echo Dot devices are set up in stereo, you can adjust the volume, bass, and treble settings to suit your preferences. You can also use voice commands to control playback, skip tracks, and more.

[REQUEST] A2DP Manager

I'm using three different A2DP headsets: a Clarion deck in my car, Kyocera stereo headphones, and a Sony bookshelf system at home (I'm addicted to audio books).
To connect the "Wireless Stereo" profile on my Touch, I have to go to the list of bluetooth devices, "right click", and then select the "set as wireless stereo" option. Since applying the latest ROM on this phone, this option doesn't even work anymore.
I've found A2DPtoggle, which connects to the last connected headset automatically, but it takes two launches of the exe to do this (I'm not sure exactly how it works). This works awfully with multiple headsets.
Does anyone know of a solution to quickly connect to these different headsets? I've found with the headphones that when I turn them on, they automatically connect to the phone. I wish i knew why they do that, and the other headsets don't.
Also, I need the bitpool set at 10 to have the audio not skip on the headphones, but the other two headsets work fine on a much higher bitpool. It would be great to set a certain bitpool to each headset so I can have the best quality on each device. This sounds unlikely as I think my Touch needs a reboot when changing that value.

install, SR ,enjoy
did that, but what did it do?
update: after installing this Quicklink cab, the A2DP automatically connects from my car stereo to my phone, but only if I turn the bluetooth on while near the powered-on stereo. This also takes about 30 seconds. Manually doing it is much faster :\

Headphone controls

So I bought a pair of Dr. Dre Beats Tour Headphones thinking that the droidshuffle app would allow me to use the controls to play/pause skip etc. One click commands work fine, but two or three click commands activate the dialer and the phone calls the last person you called. So I was wondering if there as a way to deactivate the phone's button settings and keep only droidshuffle's settings when playing music.

[Q] how to turn on audio when bluetooth connects

When I get in my car my phone connects to my stereo automatically and all and all the A2DP functions work great. Only thing is I normally keep my phone on vibrate, and multimedia sound off so I don't accidentally make noise in an inappropriate place. The problem with this split setting for sound in android is I can't just bind the two and either put my phone with audio on or off generally. Is there a way to turn off multimedia sound with I connect to my stereo and turn it back off when I disconnect? My old wm phones did this no problem.
thanks!

Perfect. Only problem is I use a generic phone holder and usb power supply... how does it know its docked?
*edit* solution might be found... the same people who make car dock settings have bluedock 3 which does the same using the bluetooth profile (similar to Advanced Audio Manager once combined with "car dock settings")
I also found Toggle Settings|Profiles Lite which might work... I will try them all and report in case anyone ever asks the same question and falls on this thread
**second edit, reporting on the apps**
Toggle Settings\Profiles Lite works great. It takes up about 1mb ram rather than 150k compared to car dock settings and another 100k for bluedock 3, but its a free all-in one package that is MUCH more powerful and versatile. With the lite version you get 3 "Rules", I used one to make my car settings based on connecting and disconnecting from my stereo. It allows me to change just about anything on connect\disconnect and lets me create two other rule sets I could want (and as many as I want if I pay for the full version). I strongly recommend this app to anyone and everyone who wants to have automated location\connection\event\time based actions. The only down side is it takes about 15 seconds for the bluetooth to register as being connected (so be patient), but I think this is part of android because wifi-related events are instant.

Changing Paired Device Type

A few weeks ago, I got my first hearing aid.
I am wondering if there is a way to change the paired device type on the phone, so it will enable streaming directly vs. having to buy a third device to play "middle man". When I look at my bluetooth connections, it shows the aid as just a device like a computer/phone/tablet and I am wondering if I simply tell the phone that it is a media device like my JBL speakers, etc....perhaps it would start streaming audio.
Is this something that can be done?

Bluetooth dual audio missing in ui 2

I used the dual audio on the phone a couple of times. I installed the new ui 2 and for some reason I can't find the dial audio tab... Can someone direct me, as I can't find it in the Bluetooth options under advanced??
It might be reassigned under separate app sounds?
Thanks
After the upgrade the option is missing indeed.
Looking under "Separate app sounds" I was unable to connect two Bluetooth speakers simultaneously. I suspect the dual audio option is gone...
[edit]: I can connect 2 audio devices simultaneously, but it does not seem possible to play sound on both of them at the same time.
I opened a ticket on Samsung's support page. I'm curious to hear what they say/write.
There is an option under the status bar called media you have to open it and then select your both Bluetooth speakers.

This allows you to pause one device and play another device, still doesn't give an option to play 2 devices simultaneously. Or did I miss something?
Op is trying to play Bluetooth through two devices at the same time which was capable with dual audio but I don't see that option anywhere.
I use this feature a lot and I miss it
Update: I was in a chat with Samsung customer service and they acknowledged that it wasn't included in the official update and they already have plans to include it with the next update.
Pull down the quick menu, and click on "media". Whatever you want playing on multiple devices should be playing. This allows you to pick which devices play the music or whatever. (Playing music on 2 bluetooth speaker simultaneously)

Contacted Samsung, here is the response.
found it
Its annoying that they moved it. But on the media and devices, you have to click on MEDIA not devices, there it allows you to play the same audio through 2 devices at the same time. I'm on a s20 ultra but had the same issue on my note 10.
under "media" you will see "connected" devices: press and hold the one that you want to join
