I'd go with a ROM based on CM any day. So, my vote is for RR.
I was using Darklord N5 (5.1.1 ) port for a long time.. but now I'm on temasek CM13 rom. cause i like the vanila android feel of CM

I am planning to flash a custom non stock rom (resurrection remix pie) on my note 4.
On my galaxy S5, camera on non stock is significantly worse than the stock camera on stock rom.
How is it on note 4?
Camera will never be as good as stock but it does the job. You can also install a third party one like Open Camera.
I don't like open camera... any other recommended camera? on my galaxy S5 I used a ported xiaoimi mi A2 camera which worked great
