I couldn't find root access settings ,so, im guessing rom isn't pre rooted. I flashed supersu. There is no file explorer pre installed, just felt that it should be mentioned.

Okay device get black screen on some moments. Mostly when it's in my pocket and needs a reboot cause it's not usable. Other people encounter that bug?

Same problem.
With the screen off when the phone touch keys off.

Ah, Omni, my old friend...the only ROM which could contain my flashaholic tendencies long enough and stayed on my phone for more than 6 months...
Although it seems it has the call bug...without calling! :laugh:
I'll wait for that to be fixed at least.
PS. @rooque since these are homemade builds, would you considers merging the Layers commits? :fingers-crossed:
(I know that the Omni team strongly opposes the CM TE cuz of all its instability and FCs, but merging the commits will give those who want to theme a chance...)

Paranoid Android is a custom rom focused on open devices.
We aim to not simply add to Android but extend it, utilizing the same design philosophies Google uses with AOSP (Android Open Source Project).​
Features
This is based on ParanoidAndroid. The goal behind this ROM is not to add tons of features but simply have the same as the official PA devices. So please don't ask about X or Y things to be added !
Installation instructions
1. Make a Nandoid Backup before all !
2. Be rooted
3. Have a custom recovery installed
4. Have flashed the Extended Partition Zip
4. Go to 2nd post and Download the ROM
5. Download gapps (recommended: TK GApps ones)
6. Download SuperSU
7. Reboot into recovery and perform a full wipe (for the first installation. Dirty flash should work for updates)
8. Flash the ROM
9. Flash the gapps
10. Flash SuperSU
11. Reboot and enjoy ! The first boot is longer than the others

About extended partition - It is clearly mentioned in the OP (Installation Instruction - tested only on extended partition)
Camera bug is also mentioned in the OP with the workaround (Known issues section)

Like said, please read the OP before asking question...
The Rom take around 620 Mb on the system partition, so it should work on stock partition but I don't have tested it.
No bugs noticed on phone calls
Wifi work perfectly

Yes, this feature is missed by some of the AOSPA Legacy community members and, I'm not 100% sure but I seem to remember that an AOSPA -Legacy admin said that this feature will be reintroduced. Plus home button to wake

Also I don't have the time to create a zip for stock partition, so if this build don't work on it, there will never be a stock partition system. Thanks for your comprehension

My only question is - I had no luck flashing magisk, can this rom be rooted? with adb sideload I get error 127

Have you renamed magisk.apk to magisk.zip, and after flashed? If you flash magisk.apk via sideload don't work

Of course, this isn't really my first time
Anyways, after many tries I decided to flash twrp and sideload it from there. It worked, but then I got stuck on boot animation.. So I reflashed the rom with lineage recovery and I'm currently unrooted..
But the rom is sooo good, FOD is kinda tricky, but it's the best it has ever worked, and I believe I tried every other rom available for mi a3 (and succesfully rooted every one of them)
I tried googling what 127 error is, but there's literally nothing...

I will try, and after i will tell you
Edit: i have the same error... so i don't know how to recover my backup...

i found the solution! flash this version of los recovery on both slots

after reboot install magisk.apk manually. that's all! now i'm rooted

Whoa that was quick! I'm gonna try it right now!
So there's really no need to flash the magisk zip?
Edit : how do i flash this recovery? it's a *.zip.. i've only flashed *.img

Flash zip on both slots

OK, now I'm rooted, here's what I did:
flash lineageos recovery on both a and b
sideload dotOS and boot into it
skip setup phone, install magisk.apk and boot into fastboot
flash lineageos recovery again on both a and b
boot to recovery, sideload magisk.zip
reboot -> from bootloop boot into recovery
no android system found -> factory reset
reboot into system -> magisk 1.0 is in app drawer -> click it to update and reboot
now magisk says Ramdisk: No, but everything works just fine

the rom is good, but the system ui is not fully optimized for me... the italy translation is at least 80% i think... and if i change display size (standard for me is too small).... se size font of sections titles are too large! al so in some other section (that i don't remember) the grafical object don't have the right scaling... is an interesting project... but the systemui (it's my opinion) need more work. otherwise system is smooth... and quite stable. dt2w is not fully working like dt2w of los... good luck and tnx for this interesting rom

you have 2 options flash the patched boot from the telegram group , or
flash LOS recovery Kyrll mod zip from the group then flash magisk V23 zip it worked for me

A20 firmware downgrade

Sir i have sm-a205f/ds BKD ...it was updated in android 10 to 11 .....BUT ANDROID 11 IS CAPTURED MY hole ram i can play game......please tell me how to downgrade my firmware........please...
And after I'll install twrp,

It doesnt. It says used just for making sure system processes have enough ram.
It will be allocated to the game when it is needed.

There are many custom rom for my phn but i haven't twrp recovery so i cant install that.......
I cant found twrp for android 11...........

You flashed the .tar in AP slot of Odin?

Maybe thoes twrp for android 9......not sure...

Yes i was flashed by odin yestarday and my phn still in download mode........if you wish i can try again,

After flashing with odin try boot to twrp with power + volume up

So not true, i was on 1.1.4, all i did was to flash the super image for EEA, then 1.1.3

We flash the super Image that we extract from 1.1.3 EEA Full ZIP. That allows us to sideload the 1.1.3 EEA Full ZIP from Stock Recovery?

just flash boot 1.1.3 and vendor_boot 1.1.3 and adb sideload full 1.13 eea
