LATEST ROM ?

Hi guys, what is the latest ROM for XDA now?
I live in Singapore (Asia) and was thinking of upgrading to WM2003 but have no idea which ROM to use, is there a new A.20.xx ROM? What's the difference?
Sorry if I asked repeated question, I'm kind of new at this ROM thingy...

Radio ROM

Hello all,
Please can someone point me in the direction of some info on radio ROMs.
I have a French HTC 3600 which I would like to re-flash using an English WM6 ROM.
Someone has reccomended this one by ADW:

My question is; do I need a particular version for it to work correctly in France or is it a case of re-flashing the handset and then just inputting all of the connection details to get it up and working?

new x1 but not sure how to start the new rom question

I got my new x1 today from sfr (vodafone. I need to flash a new rom in, because if I have to use it in french I will have to shoot myself.
My question is now-
do I have to hard spl?
Or maybe I am one happy lucky little and can flash an english rom right in it?

Where Magician ROM and radio ROM is stored?

Does anybody know where exactly is stored Magician ROM and Radio ROM? I mean physically, on the mainboard

but I can not understand where exactly radio rom is flashed...is it internal rom of the PXA272, or some other chip on the mainboard?
