Maybe if ADB is activated in dev options you can "adb reboot bootloader" while it is turned on.
Check 1st by "adb devices" if it's recognised by PC.

i cant turn on phone, it is stuck on verizon logo and cant boot up after factory reset

jeez, hold down up volume button for 60 secs and connect to pc,see if is recognized as QHUSB_DLOAD then u just use QPNST or LGNPST.
there are other combinations that may make that work.
yes i can see under device manager QHUSB_DLOAD, can i save my phone?

Read a little further it tells you how to get into it...
Now get your N4 into download mode:
Turn the phone off.
Make sure the phone is off.
Plug a USB cable into your PC, AND ONLY INTO YOUR PC. THE PHONE PART COMES NEXT.
Hold down the volume up and down buttons for 2 (two) seconds on your Nexus, and continue to hold the volume up and down buttons while pluging in the USB cable which is connected to your PC. Continue to hold the buttons until the download mode screen appears. Now step five.
Once the download mode screen comes up, let go of the volume buttons.
Thanks to @Connor Baker for sharing this method
Now you should get a screen like this: (PIC OMITTED)

Seems like you have a history with bricking phones, sorry I can't help but I think you need to rephrase your question.to get better results.
A developer would probably be the best type of person to help you but you start with "thanks to a stupid developer" see my point here?
i just flashed the 4.4 kitkat bootloader with nexus 4 toolkit, and boom, bricked..
btw i can't going into download mode, first becouse i can't turn off the phone or see if the phone is turned off, the screen is black.. then i don't understand how to enter in download mode, i have to press volume + and volume - for 2 second after? i have to release the button and repress it? i'm not english and the guide isn't perfect, i cannot understand
nothing, i try and the best result is having the red dot on the led, no fastboot or download mode, is dead.. i have to send it to lg, but.. i have the back glass broken, it's a problem for the warranty? i don't want to fix the glass, just this error

You've got nothing to loose at this point
Edit...Call Google and see what they say.

You flashed a wrong boot loader and your phone is really bricked! There's nothing you can do about it. And I'm pretty sure it's only your fault and nobody else's!

Still no solution my friend in my case i got my bootloader damaged in my Nexus 4 :crying:

Verizon G2 Stuck in Bootloop.

Hey guys,
So I got my G2 today and rooted it using the recommended root thread(IOroot10). It completed successfully and installed SU onto my device. It didn't actually ask for any permissions when i opened it and when I attempted to update the binaries it fails because I never get the toast about granting permission. So I factory reset and tried again. It didn't work the second time either. I thought maybe it's because I didn't take the latest OTA, so I factory reset one more time, took the OTA, and am now stuck in boot. I can't get to any recovery or download mode.
The phone boots the LG logo then gives me a boot loader secure check real fast that it fails. After that it goes to a black screen and there's nothing I can do.
When I plug the phone in and let it get to the black screen, it creates a ton of virtual USB drives (16 to be exact). The first one contains a write protected folder named image which contains the files modem.bxx, mlserver.bxx, mc_b2.bxx, adsp.bxx, cmnlib.bxx, dxhdcp2.bxx, isdbtm,.bxx,
mba.bxx, playread.bxx, tqs.bxx, wcnss.bxx, widevine.bxx, where the xx in .bxx is replaced with sequences of 00 up to 26 in some cases. The rest of the drives it creates are empty.
Any sign of a recovery is completely gone, and I have no idea where it went
This is what appears in the top left of the screen when the LG splash pops up for a split second and goes black

+Completely power off:
-Hold Vol Up and plug phone in (doesn't work)
-Factory Hard Reset (doesn't work)
-Hold Vol Up + Down and plug phone in (doesn't work)
-Power on, press Vol Up at vibrate (doesn't work)
+The phone never makes it to a point where I can ADB into it. I get the splash screen(with error) and straight to the black screen.
+Completely drain the battery and plug it back in to charge up. I end up with the same issue.
+Fastboot will not recognize the device, so flashing the recovery that way isn't an option.
-Could be a driver issue, but I think the phone just never makes it to a point where I can use fastboot.

Perhaps I'm missing something in that thread, but none of it applies to me.
The link to the other thread for if you can't get into download mode only talks about having TWRP installed on the device, which I don't.
And the rest of it is if you have ADB access, which I don't as well.

To get into download mode the G2 needs to be connected to the computer and upon turning on immediately press volume up. Compared to other devices, it's a weird way to do and may take a couple of tries to successfully boot into.

I'm still having no luck. I've read nearly 4 different ways to enter download mode for the vzw version and none of them have worked yet.
Holding the power button itself just restarts the device and it heads right back into the black screen. If I continue to hold the power button after it restarts, I get the LG splash again and then it shuts off.
It seems like the stock recovery is completely gone, but I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to get into download mode because of that.

The device itself will not turn off without me holding the power+up button for around ten seconds. Holding the power button itself just restarts the device and it heads right back into the black screen.

Try keeping USB plugged into both computer and phone. Hold power button down, as soon as u feel the haptic feedback from the reboot hold down the vol+ button.

truckroot, that does indeed work, I actually messed with my build.prop file today and it soft bricked my phone. It would turn on you'd see the LG logo and a black screen, man I was livid. So later I was going to to have it replaced under warranty, I called Verizon and what not and he told me to press this button combo and I got straight into CWM, holy crap that was quite an easy fix for me. Here is the key combo under "Alternate Method"
http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/87344 Hope it helps in some way, if the other ways still won't work for you.

Problem with my S4 GT-i9500 (Stuck in boot mode, bricked)

Hello.
I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9500. I tried to downgrade from Lollipop to KitKat using Odin but I messed up in the process of doing so. Now my phone won’t turn on at all unless plugged into the PC via USB cable. When I plug it in, my PC doesn’t recognize it and an error message with a caution sign flashes on the screen. When I try to go into boot mode (holding the Power button + volume down + home) the menu shows up, but when I try to enter the boot mode it doesn’t respond. The only way I can get into the boot mode is when I remove the battery and immediately press the down volume.
Does anyone know what I can do here? Thank you.

928f in boot loop, used smart switch but still boot loop

please help, woke up today with phone in boot loop and very hot, tryed odin to flash new firmware it was working fine, but near the end i get fail, so i used smart switch for phone initialization, with model and serial, it did his thing, but when it finishes and goes to reboot device it goes back to boot loop, what can i do?
So i take it from the lack of replies it's dead, so is there a way i can pull photos and videos from the internal memory? it still powers up, just stuck in boot loop, i can still get to download mode, just cant get into recovery, is there a way to get to the files?
If the phone is in bootloop she's not dead.
Try wiping it trough the fast boot menu and start over.

Ok, i searched and donwloaded platform tools to get ADB and fastboot, but from what i read i need to be in recovery for adb to pick up my phone, and i cant seem to get into recovery mode, pushing vol up + home + power does nothing, holding power to turn off phone also does not work, as soon as i connect phone to charger it turns on and goes into boot loop, only thing i can do is enter download mode, but in download mode i cant seem to get adb to find phone.
Put it in download mode, push an original OS from Samsung on it and after that you should be good 2 go.

So you already did this;

After those steps it should work. Had to do the same to my phone last night. Lol.

the only part i didnt do is
Phone in recovery mode; wipe it completely and restore to factory settings.
because i cannot enter recovery, it supposed to be vol up+ home + power, but i think it requires phone to be off, and i cant turn phone off, holding power to turn it off does nothing, already let batery die, but as soon as i plug the cord it turns itself on, and goes back into boot loop, so again when i try the combo to go to recovery it does nothing (because i think it really needs to be off to enter recovery) so all i can do is do vol down + home + power and go to download mode, but i'm not getting adb to recognize phone in download mode, so i could command it to reboot to recovery =(
If you hold all buttons down it will restart the phone. And as soon as the screen goes black release all but volume up and power you should get into recovery mode

So the LG logo appears?
We'll try this :
Press the power key until it gives you vibrate or any sign that phone is going to power on, the press and hold volume down it should give you all black screen with text on bottom saying fastboot mode. If it doesn't try all this but with volume up instead of volume down. I'm not even sure how to enter fastboot since I usually do it from ADB.

Well if it's not recognized in any way when turning on then it's hard brick sorry
Is there no program to launch it fastboot directly?
Mine was bricked.
My solution was to enter in download mode, because other modes just rebooted the phone.
So follow this, and luck:
1-you need a PC turned on and the USB cable plugged already
2-quit the battery of the phone
3-now the phone is obviously off, you have to put the battery in WHILE holding volumen up button and then plug the USB still holding that button
It will enter download mode.
If step 3 doesn't work, try the same but with power button held too, with volume up.
Follow this then:
