Hello all,
I have and android headunit in which Netflix runs( at 720p as widevine is L3), but apps like primevideo, Disney+ Hotstar etc crash. I have looked across many forums to try and find an update for my system which would fix the crash issue but I am afriad that I will brick the device as the steps are not very clear and also there is the catch of incorrect MCU version.
My current system details are as below:
MCU - T3L.3.19-296-10-A4930D-220226(GD230)
System - V8.1.1_20211009.153255_THEME1-GX
System RAM is 2GB and ROM is 16GB.
Please help me to find the right firmware update for my system and also the steps to flash it.

Hello all,
I have following mcu-unit: MTCC-KLD6-V2.91 with 5.1.1 android and rk3188 chip.
Yesterday I could successfully rooted my device. But I was not able to install the XPosed Framework. In recovery mode I don't see the posibility to install a file. It accepts only *img files.
Do you have any advice for me?
Will Malaysk Rom possible work on my unit, too?

I nearly 100% sure that Malaysk ROMs will not load on your device. I recently purchased a unit with the same MCU. I believe that the MTCC MCUs are a short-lived, intermediate MCU. I believe most units will eventually move to the MTCD MCU. *sigh* Too bad for us. LOL

I have got some **** unit in my new car, I thought it would be a decent and did not care to check it as it was not installed in Demo car.
I can't find much information on it. its brand less unit, may you guys can help me here to identify.
The Unit does not open any application, nor audio is working, basically for now its only useful for reverse camera.
I need to know how to reload/install/flash fresh and latest version of support Android on it.
Android Version : 4.2.2
Model Version : 3.4.35
Build Number: W1050MX-F01CJ2-R02-V4.0.01R0-EN
MCU : X10NX-----H-----V2.06
Current version of console computer: X10NX-----H-----V2.06

I am sure this topic has been covered before but couldn't find any information I am looking for unfortunately. I got a 10.1" Android headunit off AliExpress and it came with Android 6.1.1. I would really like to update the system to android 8.1 if possible. I tried going to system update in the settings and it states "path does not exist." If you guys have any input or links to where I can download the software and still keep the functionality of the tablet for my car, please let me know!

It says it have Android 8.1 Go on it, but it is moving really hard.
I will atach some screenshots about version to be more clear.
What I wanna do is update the firmware or something to make it run smoother.
If any guides/ideas will be much apreciated.

I found some updates on 4pdu, and on this site http://file.xygala.com/.
I updated my unit to xyauto_ui1_R2G_9218C_full_8227L_demo-ota-20200602_HIFI.
Anyone have a guide on configuring those units? Or any tutorials?
Or maybe a rooted new version of firmware? It sucks that u can not customise it as you want even if is android. I would try some apps for customisation... but idk how much it can run at 1GB RAM...

As a modder of these units, I have to tell you that the only way for you to make it run smoother is through custom firmware and root. Once enabled, you need to adjust some settings to ensure it runs well. I have made a post here that describes in detail how to improve units YT9213AJ and YT9216B but the principle is the same.

Can you repost the pictures? It's impossible to see anything. If your head unit has this label starting with YT9218CH:
