Anyway to add Airplane Mode to 'Rules'? - Google Pixel 4 Questions & Answers

I'm wondering if there's a hack somewhere to add the Airplane Mode function to available 'Rules' , or if anyone knows about any planned additions?
At the moment, it's limited to:
Turn On Do Not Disturb
Set Phone To Silent
Set Phone To Vibrate
Set Phone To Ring
Adding Airplane Mode would be really helpful.

[APP][BETA] Silent Boot beta test

Hello everyone,
I'm currently tweaking my app Silent Boot and need some beta testers.
For those who have never heard of it before, Silent Boot mutes the startup melody on Android phones without root. It uses a simple workaround where it puts the phone into silent when the phone shuts down and restores the previous state once it finished booting up again. Unfortunately this workaround doesn't affect shutdown sounds.
I'm now trying a few things that might solve this. The problem is that I don't have a phone handy that actually has a shutdown melody.
So I'm looking for some testers that want to give it a try and share some feedback.
All you have to do is install the beta APK, bring up the main activity once to enable Silent Boot and then reboot.
You can download the latest beta here:

[UPDATE] Link to new version
I just installed it and the silent boot is working great. The airplane mode toggle is not working right. If I reboot my phone in airplane mode it will toggle airplane mode off and will still be off on reboot. However, I can disable the toggle and it will still silence the boot sound on boot. I am using the HTC One V (PrimoC) CDMA on Virgin Mobile USA.

Thanks for the feedback!
I'll look into the airplane toggle, although it's probably the same kind of issue I have with resetting the previous sound mode on some phones.
Does the One V have a shutdown sound and, if so, did the app mute it?

[Q] Phone goes silent automatically

I miss a lot of calls because my phone will switch to silent mode automatically. Last night I checked it, put it on the table and this morning I had missed two calls and messages it was on silent. Is there a way to at least have it vibrate when in the silent mode? I love this phone but his is a big problem for me.
Do you have "Blocking Mode" set?
No I checked that. It will go into silent mode while sitting on the table. I wish there was some way to make sure it always would vibrate
Thwrw should be a tile for the notifcation panel to aet it to sound/vibrate/silent.

HTC One M8 + Marshmallow + Sense 7.0 + silent & do not disturb

Hi all,
I just upgraded my m8 to ARHD 53.1 and it’s my first try of Android 6.0. Works really great, but I get very confused from silence vs do not disturb and why it’s so convoluted.
I think there’s a large consensus that they just can’t seem to get that feature right. I’m not against change, but it seems that the simplest scenarios got messed up:
1) I have the sound mode and DND buttons in my quick settings.
2) I’m actually only interested in two modes and that’s it: a) normal - all notifications b) silence with exceptions (certain contacts that can wake me up and alarm. All silence other than that). I think that it shouldn’t be too much to ask for.
3) If I set DND to priority, it changes the mode to silent and everything’s cool, I get mode (b). I can get back to mode (a) by pressing the sound mode or DND button - works. I can also toggle DND again to get back to (a). BUT, if I press the sound mode button by mistake and go to silence that way, it turns on DND with ON instead of priority and it will never get back to priority unless I go into settings on change it back!! Why?? And why link those two features together in the first place.. I see no reason to not have the option for vibrate sound mode with DND on (for the exceptions).
I’m pretty sure that this is just the way it is, and there’s nothing that can be done in the settings, but if anyone knows of an xposed module that unlinks DND from sound mode or something like that, that will be awesome…
Thanks!

Vibration in do not disturb mode.

So, i am in a bit of situation. Only in do not disturb mode, games and apps doesn't create sound. So, i always keep the "do not disturb" mode on. But in this mode, phone doesn't vibrate when i get a call. I there a way to enable vibration within the "do not disturb " mode?
