Hello there good people, I've recently purchased HD1925 GSM-Unlocked, but I am having bad luck with the GCam... I have looked it on google and came across this one Celsoazevedo.com But none of these work properly, this one here "Google Camera 8.x (Stable, Android 10+) ยป" literally got stuck on black screen with icon and didn't launch. As for others, they constantly freeze while using, very bugged :/ I figured they are not made for HD1925 ?
After some more digging I came across this section of the Celsoazevedo.com GCam dev-BSG The only working version I've found was MGC_8.1.101_A9_GV1zfix (BSG, 2022-02-09, configs) This one doesnt get stuck while switching through modes and menu but selfie camera doesn't work at all it's black screen.
After more digging I came up with nothing so far... So if anyone of you gentleman have working Gcam for HD1925 please let me know where to find it.
-Thank you!

Hello, i've been lurking here for quite a while, this website has been very, very useful, but now I encounter a problem I can't seem to solve.
I recently flashed CM9, and everything was working fine until I installed Snapchat... the camera doesn't work, it freezes the second I open the app. Reading, I found that snapchat doesnt enumerate flashes properly, and this issue probably has to do with something called "camera HAL".
A solution that I found was:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34891248&postcount=590
But the link is down, and i'm interested in a camera with no flash, since the e400 doesn't even have a flashlight, so, can anyone help me?
Hey All, no offense on the vast feature set of Cyanogen OS, but, I would love to have stock Google Android, preferably 5.1 on my Yureka.
I tried to find the port on net, but for no luck. Please share if someone have a clue on the Stock Google Android port for Yureka.
I agree!

CM12.1 has been one long nightmare. The Camera App freezes, Blackout and wallpaper change/theme change, One App Redraw over another causes sudden screen blackout, Spontaneous Black Screen, Boot-time that takes well over 2 minutes, Black Screen doesn't let me receive calls most of the time(and its got NOTHING to do with the proximity sensor believe me! The new update is just whacky!!). I've seen around and found out that this is not an isolated case with me. Infact, there are many suffering from the same. I've been enduring for long, in hopes that a new update will come around but at this point I think I want stock android too.
Hi guys I've got a A2003 which I love and recently got CM13 from the latest MM OOS (I think it was 3.0.2)
I'm big fan of CM13 but since the upgrade the camera app isn't working. Every time I launch the app, the screen is black, the camera controls do appear on the screen but they are unresponsive and after a while the app crashes.
Can you please through in any ideas you have, because I really need the camera to take shots of my receipts for expense reporting and stuff like that. I would hate to go back to OOS for something like that.
Since I can't find the k6 note special thread, I'm posting here. The Lenovo forums are not helpful at all. Searching on the internet, i see this is also a problem with their older models, so you guys could help me. The front camera is too dark when in apps like Messenger or Dubsmash. It works fine from the camera app and Snapchat, but in some apps it's too dark almost black, so I'm guessing it's a software problem and perhaps it'll be fixed with some updates later, but do you guys maybe have another solution for this? Did you have this problem on your k4 models? Thanks
Hello,
A few months ago, I bought a Moto G7 and installed Lineage OS 16 (with MicroG). After using the phone for a few days, the rear camera no longer focused. I installed OpenCamera and tried focussing manually, which did not work, either. All of a sudden, the focus started working again and worked flawlessly for several weeks. A few days ago, it broke again.
I assume that this is a hardware issue. So I will try to restore it to its original condition and have it repaired. Before doing this, I wanted to ask if anybody here had a similar problem or if anybody knows if this could be a software problem.
Best regards,
Bernbacher
I finally upgraded the device to Lineage OS 17, and the camera started focussing again. It has been working for a few days now. The problem may have been a software issue. Does anybody have an idea what could have gone wrong with Lineage OS 16 and got reset when installing Version 17?
Finally I found something out. When using OpenCamera, I can change the camera ID. For the rear camera, there are ID0 and ID2. When using camera ID 0, the camera does not focus. When using ID2, focussing works perfectly.
This would solve the problem if there were not applications which seem to use ID0 always (e.g., to scan a QR-code).
I assume that ID2 refers to this:
android.hardware.camera2 | Android Developers
developer.android.com
Is there a way to make other applications use ID2? Preferably without rooting the phone?
(I actually need my banking app to read QR codes. AFAIK, the banking app does not work on rooted devices.)
