Where I live, my P001 flips between band 4 and 13, spending most of the time on 4. I get much stronger connection on 13, though. Is there a simple way to lock it on 13?

I have the 6P and my carrier is Sprint, the towers in my area have bands 25, 26, and 41. I'm trying to force my phone to connect to band 41 which offers the fastest speeds. Thus far I've been unable to figure out how to.
Here's what I've done
*#*#4636#*#* and set preferred network to LTE only

Next I got my MSL from Sprint (176667)
Now to *#*#3282#*#* go to LTE > Edit and disable band 26

Now my problem is it doesn't show band priority and there's no option to disable band 25, however if I go to LTE > View then band priority appears

I'm able to disable band 26 but not 25, so my phone still connects to it.
There's an app in the play store to edit the bands but it's only for the Nexus 6

I'm wondering are there any apps out there for the 6P that would allow me to do this?
I don't think there's a way to change the band priority. I posted a thread asking the same thing back in December and it was pretty much ignored. I think we're in the minority.
I'm in an area that has band 12 hot, and in most times it's a stronger signal then band 4. I'm using LTE discovery to search the signal. I can reset the radio with discovery and it comes back connected to band 12 but within a min it switches back to band 4. Is there any way to make band 12 the default band or force band 12 only? I'm thinking not but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
There's no way to force a band connection. The network will switch you to whatever band it feels fit for you, depending on your signal level, location in comparison to the tower, etc.

I'm not sure if I'm getting band 12 on my new Nexus 6p - T Mobile. Is there a way to check this? I am running PureNexus. Not sure if there is a better modem I can install.
all recent radios support band 12
if there is band 12 on your area, LTE Discovery app will show it to you.
if you are on band 2 or 4, u can use the app's data connection reset, it will likely connect to 12 and if its weak, it may move on to the next strongest band
So I'm in Canada on Koodo (Telus) in Toronto. I'm flashed to the Generic LAM firmware to get the fingerprint reader, and rooted with Magisk Hide. On my old Nexus 5, I usually connected to LTE on Band 2 (1900) or Band 4 (AWS). They share a network with Bell including Band 17 (700B) but since it's a pretty narrow band the signal usually went to the stronger 2 or 4 instead.
I can tell what band my X Compact is on by way of the testing menu (*#*#4636#*#*) which shows the EARFCN number on the bottom of Phone Information, and then you can convert that to frequency here: http://niviuk.free.fr/lte_band.php
So based on that, I can see inside my basement apartment (where the N5 usually got decent LTE) that it's bouncing around between bands 2/4/17 but none of them are particularly strong. Today I was inside a pub where it stubbornly clung onto B17 and got nearly no data flow, and I had to force it over to (very strong) HSPA+ in order to get any data actually flowing.
I'm just wondering, is there anything I can do to tell my device to prefer strong HSPA over very weak LTE, without totally disabling LTE? I don't want to have to keep toggling it manually to get data working well.
So my phone lately has been bouncing between Band 26 and Band 25 over and over, anywhere from every 1 second up to a few minutes. I am running G930U PL2.
Band 26 has a signal of -104 or better. Band 25 has a signal of -120 or worse always. It is completely unusable on Band 25. I've contacted Sprint and they said it might be my phone and that there are no known issues in the area, but others phones are doing it too (though not all of them) and it doesn't seem to do it at other places. I've also set Band 25 as the lowest priority and still switches.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Edit: I found a spot that has good Band 25 signal... using the hotspot, consoles can connect to it just fine but my PC can't... It tries and fails and sometimes it will connect, attempt to load something then say no internet...
