Is there any simple easy guide, to make a canadian model to a US Google Experience Device...?
i havent playing with ADB or what they calls, but really wanna have 3.1 on the xoom... or do i just need to wait for a update from moto...?
is there any video, easy guide in the net.... i couldn't find video's

Step #1 still has prerequisites and CWM while a great utility has been the #1 reason for people coming here posting bricked xooms.
What about flashing the device with US images from motodev? If it's the MZ604 can't you take the US image instead of the Canadian image and then follow the instructions on the motodeve website?
OP try looking here: http://developer.motorola.com/products/software/
You're still going to need prerequisite experience and tools such as the JDK and Android Developer Toolkit.
Sooo, i just need to fallow instruction on 1 and 2, then hope it will help..
i didn't get the one with the us image in post.. what u mean

Here are direct links to stock images that don't require Motodev login:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1049485
Look in this thread,
You will need the windows drivers for your device. You also need to get the JDK and android dev toolkit installed so you can run adb.
Come back when you're at that point and we can go further

OP, I went through this yesterday, follow post 7 in this thread.

DO NOT relock the bootloader. Eventhough it says to on the Moto site, don't do it or you will brick your Xoom.
Also language packs are included in the guide.

Please please please make sure you have a good understanding of what you are doing first.
I would recommend installing the JDK and Android Dev Tools and then make sure you can successfully run DDMS and see your Xoom in the debug monitor. Then you know for sure you are all set to start running adb and fastboot commands.
This is what I did: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=14237506&postcount=7

Yep, I linked to your guide. Thanks again!
Sorry if maybe i'm wrong asking here but i need this file to root my nexus 4 via the toolkit made by wugfresh. I just unlocked my device but after an uninstall/reinstall of the toolkit i lost all the files needed to go ahead with the second step of rooting. I downloaded them manually but i cannot find the one in the title of the thread. Probably due to a problem with the Goo.im server.
If i try to use the Wug updater, it says hash mismatch. Could you pls upload it in another server? Thanks in advance for the help
Same problem over here. None of the files needed can find on the internet.
Any luck anyone, I'm looking for this file as well...damn goo.im
what would be the alternatives? i am about to root for the first time

root manually.:good:
The easiest way I found was to download chainfires auto root. Google it. I rooted my N4 in like minutes.

Done!
I recently got a Galaxy S4 i337, I immediately unlocked it and gave it to my son, who uses a T-Mobile prepaid. Today I realized that he wont receive updates at all, since there is no AT&T sim inside. I saw in the system files that there is an app called AT&T Software Update, can anyone give me the T-Mobile files or the T-Mobile equivalent to those files.
Recap
I have the AT&T files
I want the T-Mo files
afaik that's not going to work. You still have an att phone and you're not going to get the tmo updates. If you really want the updates you could always odin them as they come out. Go to sammobile.com for the official stock firmware.

what files? where did you get them? it may be a zip, but what type of file is packaged inside?
i think that you should become more familiar with what you are attempting to do before you do it. the updates are not important enough to risk a brick.

It is an md5 file to flash via Odin. It is stock m919
Word of warning. I337 is bootloader locked. Odin only works with stock i337 firmware. Must have AT&T recovery and kernel, or loki'd recovery and kernel.

Anyone????:crying::crying::crying:
Lost my hopes. Just fed up.
This is how people really are on xda.
No one to help. No one to care. No one feels.
Just broke my heart.
Get out of here, your attitude is ridiculous and ungrateful, people aren't going to rush themselves to answer your questions, and I'll bet you didn't even bother searching yourself. XDA isn't a troubleshooting forum, it's for development, and especially a friendly and grateful atmosphere, neither of which you have adhered to, so click 'log off' and piss off someone else on another forum.

NOBODY is obliged to help anyone, you ungrateful $^*#@ !!
If you are stpd enough to flash something before thinking, you will be stuck where you are.
And with this attitude you can just remove your xda account all together.
It surely did not crossed your mind, maybe nobody have files you need?
good luck
Heart broken hey. Go to sammobile and download the stock firmware from there.

So I'm no rooting expert but I'm certain that with directions in a read me text like this along with the so called answer to my prayers file that has Odin, root bat, and one image file and folder, won't address my fail on the Odin screen..... MY BOOTLOADER IS LOCKED LIKE I SAID...... I SEE NO FIX FOR IT NOR HAS ANYONE BEEN ABLE SEND ME SOMETHING THAT DOES ANYTHING.
Bruh as I said in your other post just follow these directions it's for all snapdragon devices and US carriers

It sent me here
idk why it sent you there seeing how i can see the thread right in front of me in that case just go to the Verizon section of the s7 edge and find the "ROOT Method For Nougat" it works on all carriers, and on your thread yes i know it says "Verizon" but the root is designed to work for all variant`s just follow the directions.
takes me to the right thread. Not sure why it's not working for you...
That link isn't working for me either.
