I have this radio, it was a gift from a friend and I have no idea what is it or what can I do with it.
How do I figure out what model this is ?
Can I install android system on it ?
What is this current system that is installed ?
Can it be upgraded ?
Can I install new applications on this current operating system ?
Can I somehow factory reset this thing ?
Sorry for so many questions, I am just trying to figure out what is this thing capable, what are its specs and what does it offer to me.
If you have patience and know any of these answers, please help a fella out
You can't upgrade it, these are Chinese units that come with locked firmware.If it was Android system you could upgrade it this one you can not.

Hi everyone
I have android auto 4.2.2.installed in my car. The android system for some reason is stuck in bootloop. it is a Full AOSP on MStar Cedric3. I am assuming it is Tonghai Create AN-21 U. the MCU # 4.3.12-3-61-040201-150323. System version is 2.9.4. I tried updating it with 2.9.5 in an attempt to recover the system. the system got updated but it is still stuck in bootloop. I am a novice at these things and seriously need some guidance.

It seems that MCU is not ok maybe?? I can't connect with radio, bluetooth, cd, etc.... Only as a tablet.
Tried to contact with seller but nothing.
I don't know the manufacturer. Was "Andream" brand, maybe the emails of contact are the same as "eway"
Do you have an idea of what can I do? Any MCU soft reliable to try to install.

As I understand, my unit is a little bit particular. Not as common as others. This is the reason why I try to identify the way to root it.
