Head unit Android problem. - Android Head-Units

Have a Android head unit, in my car.
Can't upgrade Android version from 6.0 to something higher as the upgrade button is faded out so it won't function, why I don't know, the head unit is a Chinese model, see attached photo.
Because of this I get the update message from YouTube but can't do this because of my dated Android version ,therefore everytime the ignition is turned off or I put it in reverse YouTube stops and to get it working again I have to go to setting , apps, you tube, clear data, press ok, go out of settings, and then restart YouTube again, very annoying.
My question is can I write a script/program where I can do the above process with one touch.
Alternatively does anyone know how I can upgrade my Android system so I can then upgrade youtube app.
Android : SD8227HW:1.0_SW:0.3.4_20180207
System: 6.0
CPU: ARMv7 processor rez 3 (v7)x4
Couldn't send photos of headunit details file too big, details above

Updates to existing Android OS get rolled out by OEM / carrier if they deem it necessary.
AFAIK, upgrades ( means move to a higher Adroid OS version ) never are provided by OEM / carrier.

Some suggestions to improve the forums

I have some suggestions in regards to making the forums more viewable;
1- A moderator operated LOCKED topic sticky that links to the topics of new roms in the windows mobile 6 for "phone type" forum.
2- A moderator operated locked topic sticky that links to radio rom topics.
3- Standard to be added to any new rom post with the following items;
a- recommended ipl/spl
b- recommended radio rom
c- category of people rom is recommended for ; "power users, noobs, casual , business....etc"
4- a specific topic for each (or all) radio roms, with some kind of idea of what benefits they provide.
------
the reason i give these suggestions is that alot of the questions seem to be aimed exactly at these points , and my own personal experience of trying to find information seems to be a nightmare sometimes. (searching for accurate information on a radio rom is HELL) i do believe these can be applied to the forum in general.
edit: i've realized i accidently posted this in the wrong forum, please move to the appropriate one.

[Q] plz help

i installed froyo android but when using sim it freezes after 5 min in addition it boots up always in winmo
you are posting in the wrong section, with way to little information and a too unspecific thread title.
try and go to the android section, then look up the thread of the build you have installed and have a look, if you installed it right and if this might be a known bug.
i think i remember one of the latest versions having a workaround for freezes like that and it is given in one of the first posts of the build's thread. so a little search might solve your problem already.

Hello,
The place where you posted this post, is intended for development only, i.e. no questions should be asked here. Please, for any further questions use the HD2 Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting and General section.
To your question: We really can't tell which version would be good for you as it differs from one person to another, but you can read this post I made a while back that should help you decide which version to choose. That post also tells you how to dual boot if you want to.
And please use the search tool next time. If you had used the search, you would have found the same post I linked you to as well as many other threads that ask the same questions and get the following answer: "There is no best ROM."

IMEI/The EFS Partition messed up! Help Please! ?

Hello!
It's Briefin here, [okay first a quick background of mine: I'm very familiar with Custom Roms/Recovery/Rooting/Kernel etc. And have been doing it since a long time. Never got any significant issue to write on XDA. So it's my first thread. ] Okay now the issue is I recently flashed the EFS Partition of an another device (A TWRP backup file). The device from where I got the backup file was of the same model as mine of course. So it should be okay I thought. But after that, my phone's network signal stopped working. Tried everything available on the web but nothing worked. My whole IMEI is just messed up. It's showing 0(Zero). So my question is, is there any way that I can rewrite my IMEI?
Device name: Asus Max Pro M2 (X01BD)
(I know this forum is for Asus Max Pro M1, but I'm completely helpless you know. That original forum for M2 Pro seems like dead. No one answers so I had to)
Sorry and Thanks!
