I have installed Android auto on my tablet and was connected to my 2020 f350 for nearly a year with no issues. The tablet received an OTA update this summer and it no longer works. I get a message saying no apps installed are compatible with the USB device. How do I get it back to working properly?

I was trying to connect my Joystick using usb/bt joycenter.
As soon as the auto search is over the above mentioned error pops up and I am sent back to my lock screen.
Other information if needed :
Mine is a 32gb variant.
The app was working well when I tried 3 months ago which is before updating to KITKAT from jellybean.
Other otg stuff like connecting a pendrive keyboard mouse is working well.
And my device is not rooted yet since I still got 2 months' of warranty left.
Thank you for any help in advance.
hi all
the NP recently got android M installed. but the new firmware doesn't seem like working with remote well. it disconnects the remote after a couple of days usage.
reboot NP, usually it will connect back. but sometimes, need to delete the pair and repair again.
it doesn't happen when NP ran with android lollipop.
any suggestion???
i did search the forum and found some similar issues. but the posts have not been answered and fairly old.
is any one having issues too?
forgot the mention that i have my phone and tablets connect to NP and they appear fine all time whenever the remote is not.

So my YoCam camera arrived, and excited to receive my new kickstarter toy, I tried to connect it to my phone following the basic instructions.
Phone sees and connects to the device via wireless, but the app refuses to connect. However using other android phones will allow me to connect to the camera, using exactly the same process., so it does not appear at least at a basic level, an android or an app issue.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions, or can suggest some troubleshooting tools so i can get a better view of what is going on.
Thanks
Hi, Not that this helps: I have exactly the same but on a Samsung Note 3 running cyanogenmod 6.0.1. When connecting to my Samsung tab S2 with standard Android no problem.
Are you running a alternative rom on your phone or standard?

My almost 2 year old stock G4 XT1625 is running android 7.0 and has recently decided to have no Bluetooth connectivity.
I last used it maybe 3 weeks ago and all was fine. Now all my previously paired devices (3) are not listed, and the phone will not detect any of them when I try to pair.
So far I tried restarting 2x, then booted into safe mode, which should disable all non system apps, still won't detect anything. I saw a while back that there might have been some issue after 7.0 update on the G4's, but I've had no issues til very recently. A solution for the previously mentioned problem seemed to be to reset app preferences, but I think booting to safe mode should have the same temporary affect and should rule out recently installed apps.
Any other things to try to regain Bluetooth connectivity?
If the bluetooth has actually gone bad I can still get the phone warrantied thru my VISA card I purchased it with at WalMart, but I've only got til March 10th to do that. That would be a WAAAY easier warranty claim than dealing with Motorola. I'd have to take it to a local repair shop and get documentation that it's defective, which might cost $30-40, but if I get the warranty claim paid I'd get the $179 back I paid for it.
Well more confounding information to relate. I tried searching for devices again today, and it discovered a Sylvania SP353 portable speaker. Problem is there is no such device in my house!! I did get it to connect/pair to my old Moto X2, a Maxell soundbar for my TV, and another portable speaker(after several attempts). It still will not connect to my Chromebook or the earpiece as it did before. Strangely the earpiece will no longer connect to anything, 2 other phones or the Chromebook. I suppose the earpiece could have gone bad, but that doesn't account the other failures to connect.
I tried a network settings reset, but it changed nothing. I forgot to mention that previously, and just now, the phone detected a mystery device identified only by a MAC address, but would not connect/pair. There were no known devices on at the time
Hello,
I have kospet prime watch,
recently I updated the firmware to the latest one that was almost 110 MB.
but I can't find any changes log for that update, also tried to contact Kopset prime social media,
but ironically they told me that they don't have changes log, and can't provide it from tech support
anyone could help? I want to know what is new, what is the changes log.
Was this an upgrade of the Android OS version? Mine has 7.1.1 out of the box. Not sure I want to do the update as I plan to root it (not sure that will make a difference anyway on an MTK processor).
So far mine doesn't seem to connect to any GPS satellites and it was locking up and doing weird stuff after about 15 minutes. Did a factory reset and it still was getting weird for a few minutes then it finally got normal again all by itself and has been fine ever since.

It's a bit more complex on Windows 10 but there is enough info on https://discourse.fullandroidwatch.org/ that you can likely work through it. Just search there on Kospet Prime and you'll find discussion about the USB drivers for Win 10
