If you wish to you could edit 1st post, advanced, put [GUIDE][addison] in front of title and move solved to end. That might make it easier for folks to find. bricked phones happen and if this works it needs notoriety.

I don't think so - if you can get to TWRP, you can flash a custom ROM, and then use this guide:

I just bought an S7 edge (please the device is not stolen I have the note)
*** It was in version 6.0, it appeared as soon as I connected the same on wifi, I received an update notification for 7.0
** After the update, my chip is showing "not registered on the network", but has signal, the imei is being recorded, until my number is detected in the settings.
but I can not make calls.
*** In order to recover the phone, I downloaded TW recovery here, and installed a 7.0 by recovery.
This: 935F-2DRC6_ver2.zip (I can not find the link from it, but it was downloaded from here right from xda) it has root.
even so, I can not make calls.
I tried to go back through Odin to 6.0, but when I select BL, the flash aborts with error, ("SW REV CHECK FAIL: [system] Fused 2> Binary 1")
And if I flash without BL, but adding all others, I have bootloop, and I no longer have recovery, not even the original.
I need to get it back to 6.0, please help me ...

Not sure why the update would knock you phone off the network. When you say " it doesn't show the number" are you talking about your IMEI or phone number? The error you are getting from odin maybe because you are a higher binary now, you cannot downgrade the binary.
Go to settings, about phone and signal, do you see your phone settings populated in there?

I'm from Brazil as well, and I have the same problem. I even paid people on the web from places like like "Mercado Livre" (Brazilian eBay) to do a fix, but nothing worked, still have the phone not working with me....

It is a backup reboot option incase of your storage is full where you cant bootup anymore.
