Seller adviced me to use ZH -> Toyota -> All -> All option in canbus settings. But it keeps popping up climate control bar in screen
I have tried RZC -> Toyota -> C-hr -> electrical but volume is too high at 1
Now I am using RZC -> Toyota -> All -> All right side controls of the steering wheel (music volumes) is not working
It has come with Zlink, easyconnect pre-installed.I have installed android auto, map, sygic successfully. But could not make carplay work.
Even tried with a dongle but phone kept loosing usb connection through it.otherwise direct usb connection works fine and stable.
I am looking for more info, mcu, canbus updates. If someone can kindly point me to right direction I will appreciate it.
Hopefully this topic also might help someone else.If you have questions about the car and the multimedia,go ahead.

Audio stopped working across the board. Turned out to be pre-amp in car so wired speakers straight to the stereo.
ON reboot no bluetooth.
I flashed from 'V7.3.2_20170826.102252_KED1' to 'V7.3.2_20170826.102252_KED1-mod' hoping for a bluetooth fix but no joy.
Does this sound like the bluetooth module is kaput or just not quite the right mcu firmware? Or???
some progress
So i got it back momentarily.
In extra settings (password 123456) i went to config info and set b6 and b8 checkboxes to ticked. Rebooted working.
Then rebooted and screen resolution was too large. fixed this with firmware from pumpkin bods.
However I cannot get B6 and B8 settings in config info to save together. It will only allow b8 to be checked.
Infuriating. Having b6 and b8 on is what fixed bluetooth but they will not save.......
Any ideas on how to get the config info to save?
Solved bluetooth issue
So managed to solve bluetooth issue.
Under extra settings changed the model to my car (Kia/Hyundai), let it reboot.
Then reset thru pin hole reset button.
Bluetooth is back.
Didn't seem to matter which rom.
Just steering wheels controls dont work whereas they did once.
hth someone
Hi everybody!
I recently bought a 8227L_demo unbranded Chinese android stereo.
Unfortunately, I can’t control the screen on the dashboard because the simulated buttons are not working…so I can't access the clock and time settings on my display...
Below you can see all my system information (unfortunately I can't attach picture because I'm a newbie).
I have a CANBUS Raise psa-rz-15 device.
Steering Wheel Controls are regularly functioning.
My car is a Citroen C3 (year 2008).
I set the Peugeot 307 (2002-2013) Canbus protocol; however, I tried all the available protocols one by one but nothing changes.
Anybody else has the same problem? What can I do to solve?
Maybe with a firmware update?
Thanks again in advance

Hello all,
I am new here and came to ask you for some help with my new TS18 head unit. I could not find the right model but here is the serial number i found: 3t101003
I bought android multimedia for honda accord 7th generation with these characteristincs:
- Platform information: TS18
- CPU: UIS8581A (8x1.6 GHz)
- MCU version: Ts10-1.1.100-10-A49889-220511 (GD330)
- System version: TS18-2.2_20220412.183840_WINDOW_THEME1
- Resolution: 1280x720
- CarSetting version: V1.0.0.20220330
- Android version: 11
The problem is that I cant see my AC information of the screen. Already tried everything that I found here and in other forums and videos (swiping wires or choose settings) but it still don't work. Actually when I am trying to save the model select settings i get the error message "This model is not MCU". I am attaching a photo of the error. Do you ever seen that before for these chinise head units?
I am not sure if this is important but originally the car had honda navigation system and it was with dual climate zone controll.

I tired from Factory Settings -> Select Model and select all Honda accords I found but every time this is the result.
Are there an additional CANbox settings somewhere?

If the CAN-box does not support your AC settings, you will not be able to get it working.
May be wrong CAN-Box. Ask the seller for sending the right one for your specific car.
...and may be your head unit is not able to get the information from the CAN. Ask the seller, no one can help here.
Thank you for the help, I will investigate with the seller and update the post after I have some news.

Hello everyone,
I'm have no experience installing and configuring android head units. Got myself one from Aliexpress, Essgoo AZ0001C, that's how they labeled it. I'm trying to install it in Opel Astra H 2009.
Here are some specs:
Android 10
2GB ram
32GB storage
Alps Q92
Platform AC8227L
Car audio: F7.3.7
CAN Pro: V9.0.6 (disconnect): Oudi-Opel
MCU: 4.0
Tried to find in which forum category to put it, but cannot find any more info about MCU except 4.0
My problem is can bus "disconnect" which I assume means there is no communication with the car. Head unit works, GPS works, Playstore, Radio, turns on/off with the car, but cannot program steering wheel buttons, no reverse camera detection, no any board computer info.
I tried going into Factory settings (with password 8888) and found Astra H multiple times in Protocol settings:
Raise - Opel - 08~10 Astra H
Xinpu - Opel
Oudi - Opel
Luzheng - Opel - Andra (was set by default when arrived)
KBS - Opel - 08~10 Astra H
BaoGood - Opel
Can Bus Decoder has this:
RH 20220920
For OPEL
HW: V5 SW: V2
QFN32_16PIN-BOX_V1.1
Basically, I tried selecting every option for Opel in Protocol settings, but without success. Am I missing some setting, or it could be hardware issue, or ?
Just if anyone reads the topic in the future and has the same unit. There are a lot of similar units out there, Chinese cheap head units often use similar chipset. It's old, slow, but can do the work if your expectations are low.
I think I managed to set up everything.
In Factory settings choose "Xinpu - Opel".
Can bus still say "disconnect" but it's not that important.
Map steering wheel commands, it will say failed, but controls will work.
For reverse camera, find brown wire going into black head unit connector (16 pin) and connect it to wire from back light. My camera cable has this wire, it will be 12V when reverse gear is engaged, below 1V when not.
Head unit will not shut down when car is turned off, it will just enter sleep state and drain your battery slowly (consumes around 5W). To prevent it, go to Factory settings with password 8888, select "Engineering test debugging" and enter password 26959910, select "direct shutdown mode". It will shutdown completely when car is turned off, after 30-40 seconds.
Hope it helps someone.
