Hello guys I need some help.
My phone became soft-bricked because I don't know what happened.
When I try to charge it, it boot loops then sometimes goes directly to download mode but without the "Downloading Do not turn off the target" screen and I can't access Android Recovery. But I can access download mode.
I see these errors upon boot:
ODIN: Flash Read Failed
ERROR: There is no pit binary.
then gets the usual download mode text like:
ODIN MODE

when I go to download mode, I get this error at the top of the log:
ddi: mmc_read failed
Now I tried reinstalling the stock firmware using Odin3 v3.13
I also selected the pit because when there is no pit binary error occurs, it means you need to use a pit file and flash it there.
but when I started the process, this happens

I am trying to install TWRP so I can flash Lineage, however whenever I try to load a bootloader from odin, I get auth error.
I have unticked the settings in security, enabled USB debugging and the device is detected by odin just fine (drivers are okay)
Help?

This reflects that you don't have an Unlocked Bootloader...
Your best bet is to take a look at the following thread and, if needed, post your question within it for some member guidance.

Sounds like you are trying to flash older version of firmware than what is one your phone. You need to download bootloader version 3 or higher ( 5th number from right in firmware filename ). Also it looks like your flashing 5 files instead of 4 ?

Your flashing a firmware too old. Flash bootloader 3 or above, G950FUXX3.... like this. Also make sure you use odin 3.13
[SM-T580] Odin Hangs at: “Initalzation…”
I let my Tab A SM-T580 battery run totally dead, when I tried to restart with the USB cable it gave me the “Kernel is not seandroid enforcing” message.
I messed around and tried to reflash with the stock image which failed.
The error I receive with Odin is that the tablet is detected, the files load with MD5 check fine but it hangs at the “Initalzation…” stage.
I have tried 3 PC’s and 2 laptops with the same result. It seems there is some type of protection on the tablet that will not allow any data to be written to it.
Any ideas appreciated.

“Kernel is not seandroid enforcing" is normal if you have modified/rooted or installed twrp.
You must have seen this before as you have modified the boot and recovery images.

I have a samsung galaxy tab A 2016 SM-P580, originally from France.
I flashed with odin to 8.1 stock rom (France) But, I didnt pass the FRP Lock page (owner gmail account)
I followed instructions as below:
Beut said:
1- Boot to download Mode ( Power + Volume Down + Home )
2- Flash the combination file first with Odin 3.13 in AP slot ( Older version of Odin will fail to flash ). You device will boot to Factory Mode after flashing successfully.
3- Boot to download mode again, then flash the FRP unlock file in AP slot.
After flashing and reboot, your FRP lock will be gone.

But, it failed to flash the combination file with odin.
I think, my device binary number is different than others.
On the odin downloading mode page, writes this: "RP SWREV: B:1 K:0 S:0"
As I understood; my device binary version is 1
So, what can I do ? Can I find the FRP unlock files for Binary 1 ?

SM-P580 and SM-T580 have a different firmware.
It's because they don't have the same S-pen, so different drivers, so different firmwares...
I tried to install TWRP from the app. I selected the correct device and it says it was successful. So I tried to reboot into recovery mode and all it did was give me a warning about non-verizon crap and went into loop. I can boot into download mode and connect to odin just fine, but when I try to flash TWRP from odin it fails. On my note 3 it says:
SYS REV CHECK FAIL : No Version
SECURE MAGICCODE CHECK FAIL : recovery
Any help is greatly appreciated!

If anyone stumbles across this, samsony has firmware for 4.3, 4.4.2 and 5.0. I was able to use the 4.4.2 to restore the stock recovery and the phone worked again.

Been there before. You need to be rooted before you can flash TWRP. Root with ArabicRootApp.exe and unlock the bootloader with adb & unlock_n3.
