Usb tethering on lollipop

I am using n910g and i have lollipop installed.when i connect to usb port with pc its not connecting with pc.its only showing orange light.hers image attached showing.in usb tethering its disabled.

Device not detected

Hey, the ALL IN ONE tool isn't detecting my phone and I cant seem to fix this, I had charging issues and I want to flash cm13 but cant because of this, any idea why it isn't working?

The İssues That I Can't Find A Solution About Them

Recently I installed Bliss OS to my windows tablet pc from 2015 and everything worked fine but my screen rotation, microphone and rear-front camera is not working. Any solutions?
