usb device not recognized after installing smart switch

i installed smart switch but usb device not recognized when i hook up the phone galaxy core prime g360h i changed cables and when i try other samsung phone it can connect and COM port is open and detected on odin

I have a problem with connecting this camera, I don't know which cables to connect them. i don't have cable camera and reverse

When i plug external USB Pen drive, cannot connect NTFS, who to know to fix it?
