i installed smart switch but usb device not recognized when i hook up the phone galaxy core prime g360h i changed cables and when i try other samsung phone it can connect and COM port is open and detected on odin

I am using n910g and i have lollipop installed.when i connect to usb port with pc its not connecting with pc.its only showing orange light.hers image attached showing.in usb tethering its disabled.

Today i installed CM12.1 and i got the problem . I tried USB Debugging and still nothing. USB computer connection is on MTP but this is what my computer sees:

I have an unlocked bootloader, only able to get into fastboot mode, unable to install Qaulcomm USB Drivers on a Windows 10 PC and not sure why. The device manager only shows Android with a splat, no matter what I try. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated on this otherwise bricked phone.

So I got it to work then I flashed twrp and it worked but after a reboot and it now is hanging on this screen while plugged in a computer and for the rest it does not do anything it does not respond to wall power
