How to compress .vxp file? - Other SmartWatches

I have a W26 model smartwatch. I keep getting a storage error when I try to interface. According to what I detected, files with 30 kb or less storage space can be successfully installed. Can I reduce the size of the VXP file? Thx.

A Question on the size of Big Storage

Hi~
I followed the instructions and succeed in creating a big storage Tmobile 1.13 Rom. Then I checked how big is the BIG storage. I found that it is 26.72 mb and 1.09mb are in use.
However, there are no files in the storage, what is that 1.09mb??
thankyou
It most likely is a system file which is hidden from view. If you use a file explorer like Resco Explorer, you can unhide the files and see them.
So nothing to worry about. Happy storage!

How to set mp3's as system notification sounds?

is there a registry edit that allows mp3s to be set as system sounds? It would saw some space if wav files didn't have to be used.

The WAV files are in the ROM. As far as I've been told, you are able to overwrite a ROM file by writing at the Storage Memory. If the unit sees the same file at the Storage Memory, it will use that instead of the one in the ROM. However, it will not save you space. E.g. if the file is 1MB (at ROM) and you overwrite it witha 300K file. Instead of saving 700K, you are actually using an extra 300K to store your new file at the Storage Memory.

[Q] Dsik Space mis-reported?

My a500 says I have 3.5GB left for space... and it said I was using 3.5GB in pictures and video... so I moved all my jpg and 3gp files off the tablet... about 3GB worth... but the space available never updated... there are no more pics or video on the tablet itself but it still says I have 3GB of those files. When I hook the tablet to windows it says there is only 1.5GB in the sdcard dir (that's all that gets mounted). I'm using Thor's v. 14.? ROM (latest available) and I already do the data defrag to no avail. Is there an app to scan my drive or repair the free space available?
EDIT
I found two 2GB .thumbnail files thanks to an app named Disk Space (market) and I deleted them... but still reports same amount of disk space available.

Rule 1 out of the equation. Forget windows.
What does your tab say?
And, how big is your sd.
what program did you use to move the files.. I have had this happen when moving things to usb drive.. after a reboot leaving the drive plugged in fixed it for me..But it was back on 3.01 that i had issues .
"/sdcard" or "/mnt/sdrd" may not get wiped or Deleted from RECOVERY
after using "GL to SD" app, I noticed I had to Manually Delete files after Clean install Procedures. I don't recommend this app (just info)
With A ROOTED Device, use "Root Explorer", "ES File Explorer" or another file Editer/Viewer app:
Goto "/sdcard" or "/mnt/sdcard" folder (that is the INTERNAL MEMORY Folder of a SD Card Emulator)
A) Delete files (if your sure you don't need them)
or B) Cut and Paste (to PC or External SD card, if not sure Needed files)
Everytime I install a NEW ROM, i go there to DELETE and free up space.
some Games with Internet Downloads goto: \sdcard\... "Android\data" or "Gameloft\games" folder.
OR it saves time to not delete game files and just install the game .apk's only (after a COMPLETE Wipe, Format, and New ROM Flashed.)

Note 3 freezing and reporting Low Disk Space when I have a lot open

Phone is using Jelly Beans custom rom v5
Android Base 4.3
Baseband is: N900VVRUBMJE
I am having a serious issue where System Storage is showing less space available than there is
On ES Explorer it shows:
I have a 64GB memory card in the phone and it has 18GB free
Internally of the 32GB I have 11GB free.
However, when I go to the Storage option it shows that I only have 1.25GB free on my internal card. This number goes to 200mb when Google Drive is installed:
Applicatiuons-2.71gb
Picutres,videos 424mb
Why is there such a massive discrepancy? Anyone have any idea how I can fix this? When I open Miscellaneous files it says System Memory 28GB then Whatsapp 749MB and Canon CW 650MB. Ok lets say I delete that but where is the other 28GB? See Misc files below. It has to be reading incorrectly in someway since my file apps show a lot more data free.
Google Drive shows 832mb used - in the app it says max cache size 50mb. All I can think is that I uploaded a 800mb video file to my drive from my phone and now its downloading this. I deleted the cache but when I start the drive back up it goes back to 800mb

Resize /system, add space to /data [SMG900T]

Exactly what the title says. TWRP tells me I have 1130 mb of free space in /system with lineageos and gapps installed, and I would like to be able to use that space. Is it possible? Thanks.
Well you can always put apk files in system/app and fill it up with apps which can't be uninstalled the normal way. Even if it's possible to reformat the partition better not do it. What will happen if the OS needs that space to store temporary files required for its operation xd? Nothing good.
never do that
that will modify PIT file of the phone
if things got worse you will brick your device (with no recovery/download)
