i have recently purchased and installed PX5 Android HU in my car. Works fine, only FM radio is making werid buzzing sound. I kinda sounds like electric razor to me When I mute audio, it disaperars, If i switch to BT, USB ... it disaperars as well. Could it be some power /radio interference?

Hello there,
after installing a THB Burry Car Talk DSP including the Kaiser cradle i got the following problem:
The blackbox is directly connected to my car stereo (Blaupunkt) with Phone-In connector (therefore sound is directly played back by using the car speakers) and mute signal. Using this kit for phone calls works perfectly: radio is muted and i can make clear conversations
But: no other sound of the Kaiser, like navigation voice of TomTom or music played back by the mediaplayer is heard through the car speakers nor the internal speaker of the Kaiser.
I also tried using an external speaker connected to the black box but this didn´t help. It seems that the car kit only works when the Kaiser initializes the mute signal.
Someone got the same problem and has a clue what to do?

Hi all,
I do experience a little problem with my HD when listening to the FM radio, I have a little noise on the left hear (right is OK), whatever the channel is.
Sound is perfect on both ears when listening to music.
This only happens with the FM radio.
Mono/Stereo switch doesnt change anything.
FM radio software is v1.6.
Any idea?
Could be that the radio antenna is the headphones? And it receives signal from the left ear piece and it has a little interference with the speaker causing the "little noise"?
Hey guys. Bought a JY-UO138P4 last year and installed it on my Ford F350 -- had no problems with it whatsoever.
Transferred it to my Dodge Diesel, and now everything works EXCEPT for bluetooth audio. Youtube videos, phone calls, all bluetooth audio (including keypad) goes completely mute with phone connected. With phone disconnected, radio and keypad tone work.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be

I am having the following issues:
1) When I am on a phone call I can not hear Bluetooth audio from my car speakers. The microphone is working during calls and I can hear streaming Bluetooth music from my car speakers fine when I am not in a call.
2) I do not hear any audio when speakers are faded all the way to the front using the software equalizer. I hear sound from all speakers when it's faded all the way to the rear instead of just the rear speakers. This issue could be related to the previous issue about no audio during Bluetooth calls since the Bluetooth calls probably only play audio through the front speakers.
3) Sometimes I do not get any audio out of the radio. I never get audio when I use the remote start feature on the car. I have to turn the car off, open the door, close the door, lock the car, unlock the car, open the door, close the door and then turn it back on. When I do this it starts to work again. This could be an issue with the can bus adapter not powering on the premium Boston Acoustics sound system amplifier.
Is there an MCU firmware update available for this radio or is there another solution?

I have a Carlinkit adapter model CPC200-CMAP and have been using it with iPhone to display CarPlay.
The AutoKit SW version is 2022.08.18.1707
The dongle box version is 2022.04.25.1323
The CarPlay functionality works great, but I'm having weird issues with audio.
Whenever I'm listening to audio via the phone (e.g. music, podcasts) and there's an audio "switch" (like notification from Waze or a phone call), the audio immediately switches to the car (builtin) radio and disconnects the phone audio.
Essentially what happens is, I get a phone call, answers it, and immediately hear the full volume of the radio and need to switch to the phone speaker to hear the call.
Anyone else experiencing this issue? It is the only thing preventing me from enjoying this amazing product.
