HI Buddy can teach me how to install android auto with new version.
This is my first time try to do
The chinese Android head units are not Android Auto, I think you might mean an updated Android.
Also, your device isn't an MTCD, so have requested a mod moves this thread to Android Head units forum.
As an FYI, try searching forums for your device, based on MCU or 8227L

Hello.
I bought a few days ago the radio in my car Opel Zafira.
Can I install it any other rom? or newer?
This link : ebay.co.uk/itm/301927901430
Thank you
Yours is not a head unit running Android Auto (the topic of this forum section), and neither an MTCB or MTCD head unit.
So the correct forum section for posting is the general one:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android-auto/android-head-units
anyone knows?
For your model only the seller (or the manufacturer, if known) could provide you an updated ROM and/or MCU.
But maybe on the market there are other head units that are identical to yours (many are clones, only re-branded by the sellers).
Anyway, I wouldn't suggest you to install other "compatible" ROMS if you don't have available your current original ROM file to restore.
And avoid updating the MCU with files not specifically provided by your seller/manufacturer for your model.
Thank you.
Hi,
I have recenly purchased the following head unit.
ebay.co.uk/itm/Android-6-0-9-2Din-Autoradio-Car-Stereo-BT-GPS-Navi-3G-WIFI-For-VW-Skoda-Camera/142531922178?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649
Have shortened the url as i cannot post url's on the forum.
Does anyone know the make and model of this head unit ?
The rom itself is not fantastic and would be interested in putting on a new rom (e.g. Malaysk rom)
Is there anyway to backup the existing rom, incase I want to go back to in the future ?
Thanks,
Richard

You just need to use the search function.
Have a Android head unit, in my car.
Can't upgrade Android version from 6.0 to something higher as the upgrade button is faded out so it won't function, why I don't know, the head unit is a Chinese model, see attached photo.
Because of this I get the update message from YouTube but can't do this because of my dated Android version ,therefore everytime the ignition is turned off or I put it in reverse YouTube stops and to get it working again I have to go to setting , apps, you tube, clear data, press ok, go out of settings, and then restart YouTube again, very annoying.
My question is can I write a script/program where I can do the above process with one touch.
Alternatively does anyone know how I can upgrade my Android system so I can then upgrade youtube app.
Android : SD8227HW:1.0_SW:0.3.4_20180207
System: 6.0
CPU: ARMv7 processor rez 3 (v7)x4
Couldn't send photos of headunit details file too big, details above

Updates to existing Android OS get rolled out by OEM / carrier if they deem it necessary.
AFAIK, upgrades ( means move to a higher Adroid OS version ) never are provided by OEM / carrier.
Attached are the pictures of my head-unit I want to upgrade

Yes, you are right...
...but why not trying to search yourself, using the MCU as it has been million times written in the forum.
Search for MCU 4.0
Just as message for you, that the Android version is fake.
It´s may be Android 8 or Android 9.
Upgrading means to upgrade the Android version... I would not even dream about that.
Updating the Android version within the current Android API version may be possible, but needs to be compatible with your MCU version.
