Dropped it once on a parking lot and the display is dead..
The cheapest quote I've gotten was 309€ to replace the screen. I bought the phone for 399€ 7 months ago hoping to use it for at least 2-3 years. Not worth it to pay someone to do it, I thought about doing it myself.
If I buy the screen and the frame together I'm confident I can fix it, has anyone done this repair? How hard was it? And how much was it?
This must be a fake/compatible screen + frame, if its only 130€ and original resolution I would buy without hesitation. I've asked the seller, waiting for them to reply:Pantalla Super Amoled con digitalizador táctil para samsung S10 G973F G973, S10e, S10 Plus, G975, G975F|Pantallas LCD para teléfonos móviles| - AliExpress
These original screen + frame combos go for 250€ which is more than half of what the phone costs..Not sure I want to spend that kind of money on fixing a phone from 2019 Pantalla LCD con marco para Samsung Galaxy S10 SM G9730, G973F, G973U, montaje de pantalla táctil, SM G9750, G975F|Pantallas LCD para teléfonos móviles| - AliExpress
Should I just take the loss and wait for the S21 to launch and try to buy a S20+ for cheap and sell the S10+ for parts?

I have two (2) T-Mobile Wing phones. 1 was barely used for aprox 1 1/2 months and the other one for about 5 months.
1st phone has a small scratch on the screen and almost no wear on the housing. The other one has the usual wear on both the screen and housing.
Comes with original boxes and almost everything is brand new!

The bad news is the bezel it actually part of the frame so it can't be replaced with completely disassembling the phone down to the digitizer. You can however buy a broken phone from eBay in good condition and just swap boards. I just bought a flawless phone for $50 which had been in an otterbox but it had a dead board. I swapped the board from the old phone with a cracked screen and it now looks new. The bad news is most broken phones from eBay have broken screens or digitizers. If they have a dead board as the one I found, you have no way of knowing for sure if the phone will even power on after swapping boards.
Another option would be to buy an aluminum bumper frame which will cover the bezel up so you won't see the scuffs and dings. These don't add much size to the phone like a full case does. They also come in pretty much any color

Hello all, I've had plenty of devices both recently being two Note 7's that were kept flawless and I ended up with an S7 edge after the recall but now I have an issue I can't seem to get any help on. Went out with my phone Monday while talking on it and I put it in my pocket once I got in my car. About an hour later when I reached in to change albums I noticed a gigantic crack on it between the home and back button. Obviously Samsung will I dropped it but I never dropped this device and it has been in an otterbox since the day of purchase.

I've always taken GREAT care of all my devices and I've seen online where the S6 edges had complaints of spontaneous cracks but I really hate to just say the phone cracked by itself.
I live bout two hours from the Samsung Service Centers in North Jersey and NY but can't get anyone on the phone so I can't get a price. Has anyone ever went through Samsung to get their device fixed?
I had a S4 with a broken screen fixed by Samsung. I'm in New Jersey and had to ship it to a Samsung repair center in Texas. I had Square Trade warranty and had to only pay a $75 deductible. They did a great job but I was without a phone for like 10 days.
Sent from my SM-T800 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Just got my S8 yesterday evening and less than 24hrs after the screen is already bad...
Was like this when I picked it up from the Samsung fast wireless charger that was gifted to me by the provider.
What is strange is that the line are not showing up on either complete black or white screens.
See for yourself..
EDIT: Just got a new one and this looks fine.

Looks like your screens digitizer is going bad. I went through 3 S6's that had green/pink line running down it.

I would definitely not be happy about that. They should replace it without a question. That's an obvious mfg defect

Here's my S6 I upgraded from. Third one that had it, verizon wouldn't replace it because they said it must be something I'm doing. I got real close to not getting another samsung.
This happened on my S7 Edge, and when I took it so Samsung they couldnt replicate the problem. They believed me though and replaced the display panel for me for free anyway Didn't even use up one of my warranty swapouts
samsung s7 edge pink line problem in green for s8 ?

Hi all. So I bought a replacement for the LCD+Digitizer+Glass one of my broken screen'd Note 4s. Of course, the eBay sourced screen replacement was not going to be easy. Eventually I went to a repair store in the city and bought a replacement screen from them. eBay screen cost me $50USD, the store bought screen? $140USD, YIKES! Let's get into the issues, shall we?
First issue I had with the eBay sourced screen, is that the film that's supposed to register the S-Pen input was separated from the rest of the LCD+Digitizer!

Secondly, the circuits and wiring were slightly different on the LCD Flex between the two sourced screens. The Genuine store bought one was slightly bulkier, overall it looked better equipped to handle the information transfer.
See image below
Forging on, we get to the main reason why I went to buy another LCD from the store in the first place! The image stopped showing on the eBay sourced LCD! Instead it cycles through some sort of test mode display.
I've tried that eBay sourced screen on both the N910T body and the N910A body with no luck.
Once I bought the genuine screen from the store, I raced back home to complete the install. Immediately after unboxing the first and second issues were noted.
TL;DR
The screen I got from eBay is currently on my N910A and is cycling some rather strange images. Anyone have a solution?
